Legendary jazz saxophonist Wayne Shorter, 89, passes.

I think we should coin a new term for people like my co-workers who still have TDS and blame Trump for everything till today called "People stuck in 2020". Alot of people, fortunately, have already woken up, but that minority of people are a lost cause.
I think at the very end of the precipice, when Trump finally comes back into the public eye to take control, the mainstream will be singing his praises and telling truth about him, and also how badly people were misguided about him. At that point a lot of these people with extreme TDS will either have to wake up or go completely mad. Looking forward to that.
'twould be grand. 'twould be grand.
i'm looking forward to it as well.. how my co-workers will react. Knowing them, they'll just walk around sulking and w/ a chip on their shoulder.
The women of the Russian Berezka Dance Ensemble (Beryozka) moving with short steps that make them look like they're floating...

My heart finds itself more and more leaning towards Russia.
Man, the devil did a number on them. 70 years of Soviet suffering. Just goes to show, you cannot keep a good people down.
Me too, the language is beautiful. I love listening to Simon Khorolsky on YT. Polish people I knew who lived under communist rule never hated the Russian people, saw them as victims too.
Very cool....
Amazing! I cant wait until Russian Culture becomes mainstream again. They have contributed so much to arts and culture over the centuries.
I'd love to see Russian Cossack dancers again; went to a performance some years ago - they were terrific. Made English Morris Dancers look like old age pensioners on Mogodon.
Advice needed: I was summoned for Federal Jury duty. On the pre qualification questioner I told them that I am on call 24/7 and it would be a hardship to my small department to serve. They denied me because it was of no legal obligation. Any advice here? On top of that, I WILL NOT abide by the covid protocols. I will not test and I will not wear a mask. I have not told them that one yet. When should that card be played?
Hoping so. Or else y’all might see me making waves and making news. I will not comply.
Nice, I will use this as my hype song.

At times, I look around the comments sections of other, non-Q, non-Patriot focused videos to get a different perspective on things. And at times, I find them very informative, especially on topics that are not necessarily Q-related.
Take the news about the abomination that is the Disney live-action remake of Peter Pan for example. Tim Pool recently did a video about it and the comments comes flowing in. There are a few very good comments about how stupid to add girls to the Lost Boys. Here are a couple of them:
-The big problem is adding girls to the “lost boys”. Much of the story revolves around the boys’s need for a mother, and Wendy plays that role because she’s the only girl among them. The writers don’t understand the source material.
-It's actually quite important to the story that the Lost Boys are all male. It's the entire reason that Wendy and the other Darling kids go to off to Neverland in the first place. The Lost Boys need a mother, so Peter invites them there so that Wendy can be their mother. If there already were girls there, then they would be no reason to bring Wendy. Wendy is essentially the same age as all the others, so one of the other girls could have filled that role. This would also remove the rationale for Tinker Bell constantly trying to kill Wendy, since Tink would already be used to dealing with rivals for Peter's affections. The book is about Wendy's ambivalence about her adolescence: she seeks to cling to her familiar and beloved childhood, but as she grows accustomed to her sexuality and the superpower of motherhood, the childhood games grow tiresome, and she realizes retrospectively that she has already grown up despite her efforts to avoid this, that play and make-believe just can't fulfill the way real life can. This character arc can't work if there are other girls around, because it would diminish the specialness of her femaleness. The Lost Boys can have all their fun adventures, but they need her more than anything. I'm actually kind of surprised that the woke haven't banned the book, as it very explicitly locates female empowerment with motherhood.
On the other hand, the books also explicitly explain that you can't have Lost Girls because all girls are too smart to fall out of their baby carriages. (The Lost Boys are the boys who fall out of their baby carriages while their mothers are strolling them through Kensington Garden). I'd have thought that the woke would have liked to have been able to use that.
-The lost boys being all boys was a plot point of the story. It's the whole reason Peter wanted Wendy to come with him, because he saw all women as being "mothers" and wanted Wendy to be their new mother. It was actually part of his immaturity (Peter Pan is supposed to be kind of a little prick because he actively wants to avoid all responsibility and "never grow up")
Like what's the point of making some of the lost boys not all boys? That just erases the lesson the main character needed to learn in the first place?
Darn, I've piled on the layers but its much too cold to work in my garden today. Indoor chores it is then. Hope you all have a great day.
howaboutdat?
Too hot to work in my garden, today....
Trying to guess your location... Can't be that hot in the US at this time of year. Hm.

I have sympathy for people with weight problems but calling it racists is silly.
Some people have genuine issues losing weight, yes, but she may be one who wants to live the way she wants to live, even to her own detriment, and have a shorter life expenctancy because dealing with what makes her over eat and treat herself with proper care is too much work. She gets internet clout for doing this and that's all that matters to far too many people.
Indeed. These people get the support of others who don't have the discipline needed to get fit.
What's your take on ibuprofen?
I've heard some here call it outright poison.
I admit to taking some occasionally as a last-resort anti-inflammatory, when everything else I've tried fails. If you knew how bad my sinus headaches got, you'd understand...thankfully, other methods such as turmeric curcumin or spicy food almost always work first.
If I take more than 400mg in a day, I become kinda deaf (something inflate inside my ear and I lose the high frequencies). I also read it’s bad for your liver.
So I was reading this morning “kali bichromicum 30x” 1-3 hrs as needed. I havent tried this yet but have it written down because i get them too https://joettecalabrese.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/04/Joette_Calabrese_KaliBichromicum30_Sinus-headaches-barometric-pressure-changes.pdf
I avoid it, makes me sick. Take paracetamol on rare occasions when charcoal and clay won't shift a headache. Sinus problems are awful, try rinsing with a neti pot with a little colloidal silver (30ppm). I've just got an infrared heat lamp for painful joints and found my sinuses have cleared noticeably, I'm breathing a lot better.
ALWAYS.

I get it. "Untold means untold."
Harvested around 7 zucchini and 6 large cucumbers from my hydroponics experiment this past season. Starting with new hydroponic projects now. Objection: to learn and develop. The beehives seem to be doing very well, too. We expanded from one hive to three....
I've always wanted to keep bees, sadly I don't have a suitable space for them. Fascinating creatures.
kek, P'see.
Have to wonder if a = b = c = d.....
But bless your unindoctrinated heart....
Me to but our property has to many low areas that flood so not possible
Does it flood outside your door?
One of my hives was being harassed by ants, so I found an old wooden chair (thrown out by someone in the neighbourhood), cut off the back rest, and mounted the hive (two supers) on the chair base. (This is so I could put vaseline on the chair legs, which prevents ants from climbing up and raiding the hive.)
So, the hive base is about 20 inches off the ground.
Another of our hives it just outside the back (side) door to our house, one that we don't really ever use. Mostly, bees won't bother you if you don't bother them...
Not outside the house but our property slopes walking out and has a creek running through. We built up for our house. The property has a wooded area which I try to keep as natural as possible for the wildlife. The problem is that has flooded waist deep 2x since it is by the creek area. I would love bees and have thought about it, but would feel terrible if they die due to my incompetence. 🫤
Interesting! What does your hydroponic system look like? I bought one to grow my leafy things (lettuce, spinach and kale, also herbs). I can’t imagine growing zucs from it!
When I first became interested, I looked online for a "hydroponics" system, and thought, no way I'm going to shell out bucks for something I don't even know about.
So I began to research, and checked videos on the Ytube by people who are doing DIY hydroponics and all sorts of things.
Looks like the Lockdowns generated a LOT of interested around the globe for hydroponics.
Anyway, I was pretty eager, and just started with the lowest of low expenses. Bought some tiny plastic pots in lieu of net cups, poked holes in the bottom. Bought a sack of tiny pebbles from a decorative store for a few bucks. And went from there.
$5 Tupperware (food grade), a few plastic containers. Met with limited success. Gradually upgraded and learned. Objective: learning.
The zuccs grew in a 25 litre (7 gallon) storage container. Appropriate size holes drilled in the lid for the net cups to go in. Used the Kratky method. Learned a bunch, especially about not putting too many plants in one container (they suck up the nutrient bath too quickly in the hot sun (summer here)). https://ibb.co/tCN60Zn
Cucumbers grew in a 1.4 gallon foodgrade bucket (previously for yoghurt), holes drilled in top. Surrounded the bucket / container with a wire lattice for the cucumbers to climb up. Again, Kratky. https://ibb.co/dMYrTQx
Also grew tomatoes (unsuccessful), peas (successful) etc.
Zucs look great! I need to let my cucumbers climb this year. Picking them on the ground is hell for my back.
I have plenty of space for gardening, and I'm certainly grateful for that. Hydroponics though, if managed properly, can produce better and more consistent results. I think in many cases it would be preferable to have a small hydro garden than a large in-ground.
Wow - I may have really wasted money for mine. But it fit the space I have perfectly, bought it outright, and now can keep fresh greens all year long. But by the time fresh produce gets here, it isn’t any good nutrient wise, so I take that into consideration of justifying the cost.
Do you have an outdoor garden? I am still working on mine. Hope by the end of this summer I can get all the root veggies I need, and with the hydroponics continue fresh greens, and canning my apples and raspberries, I’m set. Well, I could get some chickens? 🤷♀️😜
If it served the need and was timely and convenient, nothing wrong with that!
In our case, there are numerous factors, including space, that make certain options unfeasible. Also, my primary intent is to learn and build up knowledge about this area, for future use and to support others, so the low cost approach works.
Sadly, our circumstances are such that an outdoor garden in terms of planting in the yard, etc, isn't possible. Another reason for me to explore hydroponics. Perfectly scalable. You can do it with one or 3 plants, or 1000.
Goal: Vision
Getting some land out of the city, where we can plant fruit trees, have some chickens and perhaps a goat or two, or more. Have occasionally experimented with jamming (making jams, from fruit in the yard of a house we lived in back then), making wine (fermenting, etc), but until the present time, unable to realize the dream. So far....
I bought a “lettucegrow” system. I don’t have much space in my garden for lettuce, and it is supper easy to use. This way, I have fresh lettuce and spinach and herbs all winter long (Alaska) and can use my garden space for the bigger stuff and stuff that needs soil (carrots, potatoes, beets, etc…)
