Yea thats when Title 42 runs out. There are already over a million criminals waiting to for it to expire. And there is a bus caravan leaving Costa Rica now with hundreds if not thousands more. In a week Costa Rica will be like El Salvador with no crime. Because the criminals are all on those buses.
