I disagree with #10 I the constitution seems like an unenforceable list of ideals. I don't see the point of it if politicians are going to just wipe their butts with it.

There isn't really a governmental solution to the government ignoring the founding document and doing whatever they want.
When the government ignores the law, and the enforcers of the law are corrupt, not much can be done other than revolution. This was the original intention of the Founding Fathers. Hopefully it is something we can avoid.
