Not just those who paid their debts are being wronged, but also those who did not take a loan which turns out to be free are being wronged. The government should not be in the business of charity.
This is why I was surprised everyone was cheering what the Supreme Court passed…it’s not like “they” are gonna follow law. From the oval office to the colleges themselves, only law abiding citizens follow the laws. Criminals do what criminals do. So nothing changed on that front. Just the same two tiers of justice and so on and so forth.
..lawyers will get that money fighting the deepstate tho. I guess, yay for them?
Lawyers, Judges, Police ARE a big part of the deep state. I have personal experience and proof of this (VERY personal and currently unresolved). So is Roberts on the SC. WE are watching a "script." You are right in my opinion, the optics I think are to show us plebs are to accept they are "Above the law". If you take a shot at the Devil don't miss.
Can a sitting President from the Executive Branch of Government overrule the Supreme Court from the Judicial Branch of the Government? This is the question. I would really love an answer on this as I don't think he can; but you never know.
I don't think so as the 3 branches of government are co-equals. A president ignoring a SC ruling, overtly or otherwise, would be unconstitutional. Of course, they don't care about laws or the Constitution, they just ignore all laws.
You said it. That's what I thought that they were seperate branches of Government but that what the SCOTUS passed, that the Executive Branch has no way of undoing. And yes, the President does ignore our laws and the Constitution. Have a great 4th and a great Patriot Pride Month.
Biden is just doing this to make himself look like he actually cares about student debt. he's trying to keep what tiny little base he does have, happy.
The president is not supposed to have that much power. The federal government was allowed only to militarily protect the states. COMMANDER IN CHIEF. If Congress approves a military action. We are so far from the Constitution we may never get back. The states govenor should have more power than the president.
It is more complicated than just a NO. Legally no - he can't. But - he is the head of the executive branch. Who else is part of the executive branch? Oh yeah - DOJ. He can ignore the ruling as long as his "yes men" in DOJ don't do anything about it - like they did during the antifa riots.
The House can impeach him for it but the Senate has a zero chance of convicting him.
They are not loans, they are implements of population control through finance...
I would have thought this forum had more users familiar with how "money" is created using a signature, that is to say there was no money sitting in an account waiting to be loaned out to a vulnerable young adult, which would hypothetically be paid back into said account. There was nothing, someone signed and there was still nothing, except debt.
And your "muh taxes" also don't work they way you think they do..
Honestly, I wouldn't mind student loan forgiveness as long as those of us who paid off our loans already (or didn't take loans out) also received a lump sum payment to do with as we pleased. Why isn't this part of the deal? Makes sense / seems fair.
This is getting good. If I’m a sheep, do I A) follow and support the rational decisions from SCOTUS, or B) follow my fake idols who are going against the Supreme Court (while playing the victim and pretending to care about others, when all they really want is to keep their power and control in this world). I’m guessing most are going with “B”. This should flush out some more evil.
They do what they want, when they want, why they want. They are not serving, they are controlling and it's way out of control.
💯🎯❤️
Nothing new...he passes executive orders that are unconstitutional all the time..they stay til courts slaps them down..like gun laws mandates

that includes Planned Parenthood. our tax dollars should NOT be going to that evil place.
True but I would add......those who could not afford college having to pay for those who can.

At least it's law and punishable when it's really needed to be.
That’s the main theme here imo. By the law. So if and when it does get enforced, the books will say what is right vs what is unconstitutional.

Impeachable offense.

NO
Thanx.
NO. There is your answer one word.
Thanks friend.

At that point it is up to the people.
One day the People will have had enough and as Biden himself said, "You know the thing."
up to the people to do what?
Another nail in his coffin.
Faithful execution of the laws to the best of his ability. .... Yeah....
How about his oath?
Why taking the oath at the onconstitutional 11:45 time bracket?
Can someone be impeached for not being constitutionally seated?
Brunson case: does violating the oath matter at all? What redress is there?
Military the only way? In time to execute the 2024 election?

Yeah, no shit! I paid mine back!
The demoncrats have been going around and working with demoncrst Supreme court for decades. Now they have to cheat but won't get away with it.

Where does the money come from?

Well now I see what's going on with this and Biden--he said he'd enable it to happen only IF he gets another term.

TY!
It won’t go anywhere, except maybe another delay.
