I just got reinstated this past week. Put in you want them to review your ban and Just ask why you were banned. I was actually shown the tweet I sent out that got me banned. As long as I deleted it they would reinstate my account
Non-members are only able to access posts via direct links. Non-users can't see replies and can't click on a user's name to see any otherof their posts.

Twitter is NOT working for those without an account. If someone WITH AN ACCOUNT gives you an exact link, you can click on it and view that single post, but you cannot view any other posts by that account, and you still cannot view any accounts from a favorites bookmark or by manually entering a URL for a specific Twitter account.
Feel like Elon was testing things to see what to do when under attack, the rate limiting works well for this kind of thing.
I feel like when big news of their crimes start dropping they will do everything they can to stop the spread of that information, so testing Twitters defenses so to speak might be why they are doing that.
Skycoin's blockchain tech with coin hours can be used for rate limiting also, the idea being a twitter on blockchain would be able to limit postings as coin hours are awarded per coin per hour so if each user has 1 coin they would be able to have 24 coin hours a day, or could be set to any rate you wish as its up to you.
Skycoin allows everyone to have their own personal blockchain that does not need fees in the sense that ETH does.

I can't get on twitter at all! Several days, all of a sudden, it stopped while I was reading tweets and a screen said I had to verify that I was a "REAL" person. I jumped through their hoops with the stupid numbers/dice. I'm not stupid, I got them all right, but it continues to say I didn't. Then I had to do one with how many "cats/meows". I passed that and it took me back to the stupid numbers and dice. I've tried this "game" over several days. This madding! Any ideas how to overcome this mess? I even signed out and tried to log back in to no avail.
Now they just need to un permanently suspend my account

I made a complaint to California AG and so far no response. These social media companies have no customer service. Infuriating.
