Let's see... The Sound of Freedom has 75% from the Hollywood critics and a 99% audience score, and this is the main, headline review choice by Google?!

I saw it and clapped at the end.
Everyone in the audience when we saw the movie clapped too.
Like holding a cross to a vampire
Or putting a steak in their cart.
Or a stake in their heart?
i'm pretty sure these idiots writing this crap, have participated in the real acts of pedophilia and since the movie isn't showing THAT, they think it's a struggling manipulation. they wanted to see the REAL thing. sick fucking bastards.
Amen! i truly hope so!
Amen and Awakened and decide to take a stand
Cheapens the charge if everyone that offends is painted with it. Remember #metoo
i do remember #metoo. that brought out a lot of liars and smeared some good men. but it did get a few bad ones as well.
Exactly. I think we as a society can do better.
Because #metoo is over. A movement about protecting children from Priests and coaches, sick friends and family, needs to last.
Amen!!
I don't think the critique is about the subject but rather the actual movie mechanics.
So a teacher I know, that has to read and grade papers and stories for English AP has discussed this with me before. She explained that if she graded every paper on moral or emotional grounds, she'd be giving out A's to most everyone. But they still wouldn't be punctuating properly, and they'd be using run on sentences and would be getting screwed because the opportunity to learn was undermined by kids that use manipulate to get the grade. So she makes it clear that just because your grandma was a real hard luck story with very emotional parts, I'm not giving you an A for just using my emotions.
During awards season, you'll sometimes notice the Academy will make winners out of any movie that highlights slavery, or underprivileged people overcoming or any number of subjects that seemingly HAVE to be acknowledged as GREAT regardless of how well it was executed. This angers anons and many normal people alike. And it's easy to see why and how it's kind of pathetic.
This is what is going on, but this time we are on the other end of it all. At least that's what I think is going on.
You described exactly what I was thinking. We are emotionally blinded. I will write a quick review tomorrow after my family sees it. We are all too emotionally invested in it. I know movies. I can tell in a heart beat if something is off or lame or whatever. Movies were my whole life growing up.
Pedos don't seem to like it.
"Those who scream the loudest..."
This sort of review is far more insidious than the others. The best way to stop a movement like this in its tracks is to push lukewarmth over those who are on the fence about seeing the movie. Calling child/human/sex trafficking a conspiracy isn't going to keep people off the fence, but making it seem like a low-budget poorly made film just might do the trick.
If this movie doesn't give you "big emotional moments" you may not have a heart. And that review was probably written by an AI so this may be literal.
Yeah, I read that review and it screamed "AI bot" to me. I do know that many of the positive comments and reviews for Woke Mermaid were absolutely AI bots.
It's a financial move. People will engage, repost, and discuss on GAW and elsewhere because of this choice of headlines. In that way it's a financially sound decision. If only we anons as a whole could understand the way this works, and then not forget it 5 seconds later when an emotionally charged headline engages the part of the brain that works mostly by bypassing the smarter part of our brain to be properly engaged, it would be a level up in being Awakened.
Because all of that outrage energy gets rendered impotent when wasted on a click.
They would rather you buy tickets to their tranny super hero movies. Fuck them
...said by a feminine man from a children's playground... I suppose.
So the movie was a critical success, a commercial success, and audiences loved it, but essentially Orange man bad by proxy?
In an Ideal world all the evidence that is out there should be revealed to the public. This was the start of the process for many.
That's actually encouraging that it got 75% from the Hollywood critics! They often pan ANY movie that has a good message. I bet the 25% who panned it are blatantly flaming leftists.
Would have made it soo much easier for them if it was a poor/poorly done movie......
We expect people to react as we do to heinous shit, but lefties are different. We can't expect to change them. https://www.youtube.com/watch
I'll bet a cheeseburger, with bacon and grilled onions, that the 75% Rotten Tomatoes score was largely affected by people who had never seen the movie.

....oh, and fries and a malted milkshake.
I’m surprised that even jewtube is allowing the promotion of this movie considering they are complicit to auto-deletion of specific terms in comments to prevent discussion that surrounds this topic. Perhaps they are canceling small-fry and aren’t game enough yet to cancel the likes of Tony Robins.
I quit using Google years ago, Duck Duck Go was cool for a minute but I use Brave now.
It’s not fucking entertainment. It’s information and revealing.
on vacation, we went to the theater in Hudson, Wi to watch that movie and our theater was sold out. they have 8 showings and the parking lot was only half full. the interesting part was that our venue was extremely hot as well.. while the halls and the bathrooms were chilly.... we had the worst seats in the theater because we didn't pre-order seats, so we sat at the very front at the lowest point and it was very hot in that room!
