You may Direct Register Shares (DRS) by asking your broker to DRS them. Process is that your broker sends shares to the transfer agent and transfer agent mails you account information to the mailing address on file with your brokerage. I have 10 shares DRS'ed now as process verification. And the rest of my shares will be sent over soon. I'm holding DWACW (warrants) in cash at my brokerage.
DRS process moves the actual stock certificates into your name from the brokerage custodian AND it removes them from the Cede & Company stockmarket system, preventing Short Hedge Funds (SHF) from borrowing your shares and then short-selling them (to suppress the price). Typically, they do this regularly by forcing brokers to lend them your shares without your permission.
Been bagholding for over a year. Almost breaking even.

I believe it was 5 years, but, was that from the purchase date? Not sure, I’ll check with the broker or dwac investor relations to find out for sure, it’s good for now so I’ll check in a couple years.

Yea. Just be sure to put a limit on your order when you buy your fist stocks so you don't end up playing 120 dollars for dwac like someone I see in the mirror everyday did.
That is what I did. Cost me 20 shares at 119.00. I learned and have been buying more shares whenever it dropped bringing my cost basis down. Now down to 33 , still in the red , but I bought for the long haul. I figure anything under 119 is on sale. Same with GME. Red but I know what's coming and nothing can stop it. To the moon.

oh no! Seriously? How is that even possible? The system should have taken all of the lowest prices and if 120 bucks was the lowest price DWAC should have jumped.
Those orders filled on open of the second day, I belive. It jumped a lot in premarket.

TD Ameritrade is being taken over by Schawb, only have 30 days to switch to a diff broker or remain witch Schawb. I hope the consolidation isnt a rouse to get everyone's funds/stocks in one institution and then pull the rug from everyone.
