Took me a while to realize it and not sure I was going to post about it but is anyone else on some wierd sleep countdown
For a while now I wake up exactly one minute earlier then the day before. No idea why. I used to wake up with an alarm clock at 6am that I would fight till 6:30.
I’m waking up at 3:48 now, yesterday it was 3:49 and the day before 3:50 and I guarantee after posting this I’ll be up at 3:47
I tried going to bed late, early, drinking, no drinking, cut coffee whatever every day I’m up a minute before the last.
It’s freaky and I’m not any more tired then before.
It’s wierd af and I’ll let you know when I get to 0:00 :D
That was an excellent commentary.
I celebrate the man’s entire catalogue….
Simpler explanation. OP is on drugs.
This is great advice. And I agree with you Freud was a loser. Just another deep state plant.
About 4 months ago I started to wake up around 4:30AM as daylight broke through, I shifted when I would go to bed, earlier around 9:30 and get a good 7hrs sleep.
I thought it was just me at first, adjusting for the spring/summer time, but asked a couple of friends if they were waking up any earlier, and yes they too were waking up and getting up about the same time. One used to sleep in until around 10:30AM. Not now though.
I laughed when I thought of the phrase "the great awakening"! I feel good for it, more energy and enjoy it now.
Woke up earlier after a dream where I could not find the remote control for the TV. Both my kids were in the room and not really attempting to help me search. Which would be unlikely in real life as they have moved away some distance and I live alone.
I thought about it for a while wondering what it meant. It's showing me that I am fearful of losing control. It's hard when you have been a dad for years looking after your children closely, then suddenly over a fairly short period you are not. Of course that's natural that they grow up and have their own lives.
But that's the way your subconscious works and I am always able to figure out my dreams if I think carefully enough.
Waking up early helps you start your day sooner. While the world sleeps, you get to start tasks, take atvantage and don't fight it. Before i retired, i woke up with an alarm clock around 3am. Worked out, had breakfast, relaxed, read a book. Then went to work. It was great, then my body couldnt wakenup that early so i stopped.
Yeah I made bread this morning it does help get more do e
If you find something let me know. I'm going to sleep later and later to the point where some day I expect to not go to sleep at all.
Could it be organic like thyroid or hormones? Menopause has totally messed up my circadian rhythm and I know men experience fluctuations too…
Could it have anything to do with changing seasons and shifting sunrise/sunset times? Depending on which hemisphere you're in, the sun could be rising slightly earlier or later each day.
Our internal body clocks are amazing. What my guess is is this. By being aware of your wake times you are self actualizing your wake times. Put it this way, you're making yourself wake at these times. Trust me so many of us can do this. But to yourself you are amazed and puzzled.
That’s probably it lol
Here, we've been plagued by middle of the night awakenings quite a while. I'm something of a contrary. I don't like psychological analyses, since that is the mind studying the mind. So, trying to make connections, there are sometimes weird and/or unremembered dreams associated with these awakenings. Also, in this general area, many people have been plagued with a sort of whistle, mostly right ear but behind it; it's driving some people a bit batty (police were called about an older lady beating the inside of her living room window trying to stop the whistle is one example). Having said that, among the considerations are 1) this sh*t began shortly (a few months) after the beginning of the plandemic, 2) the ear whistle intensified after the so called 'inauguration" of the nitwit. Doing a bit of digging, there are numerous patents dealing with the insertion of emotions, ideas, suggestions into the brain using high freq sound that is sensed through the skull, primarily the bones behind the ear. Also, there are patents that apply to hf speakers installed on cell towers to do the hf transmission.
It's food for thought. Y'all know everyone's under attack in one form or another, or many.
I had a dream one night, and into my twilight sleep zone. When I woke up I immediately wrote this:
Last night I dreamed a prayer, and in my sleeping mind
I saw my savior Jesus there in perfect form sublime
In life I tend to carry sin in grief that’s hard to shake
But here I felt no weight within, like when I am awake
I stood in his consuming grace, completely wrapped in love
Carried in his warm embrace that held me like a glove
And in the mist of slumber, in the light of Christ ablaze
All the saved in number, sang to our lord this praise.
God mine, father divine, not my will but thine
On my knee, I give to thee, all my love God mine
Frankly, Sir, I do my best to handle it myself. When the going is really tough, that is when I make that call. I know He is there.
I posted something about weird sleep and was told by a mod that it was off topic (not Q related). I should have clarified that I was asking if it was related to the Schumann thing or whatever. I haven't had a countdown, but major disruptions in sleep. Wide awake at around 3:20 am. I finally gave into it and just got up and started my day. It has passed and I am sleeping through the night again.
3:42 could be interesting. Is that next Friday?
What’s up with 3:42?
It's an interesting number sequence.
Some people tend to associate the number 3 with 3 letter agencies and other such "independent contractors". I could swear I just saw 42 listed as Trumps current approval rating, and it's also known as "the answer to everything". So it's interesting to postulate that next Friday could be the day when 42 and 3 collide.
Sweet dreams...
Incidentally the equation (A+B+C)3=42 was recently (3 years ago) solved after 65 years.

Nice, Duck! I see it took 17 digit numbers to find the equation for 42 (after they got the one for 33). Meanwhile 22 and 23 are listed as impossible.
By the way 65 is the atomic number of terbium, which is used for green phosphors. So I guess the answer to everything (42) was given the green light 3 years ago.
Our dog wakes up at sunrise, when she hears birds chirping and wakes us up.
What about when the birds are owls? Does the dog keep you from going to sleep?
You every hear a bunch of owl going off at night? When I lived on the river, owls use to gather on by back property and make a very strange sound like laughing almost. Like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DzhSxhhAYbE
There’s only an occasional owl and it doesn’t keep the dog awake…
If you sleep with a window crack, birds chirping will inevitably wake you
No birds at 3am but yes I sleep with windows open so maybe.
