This makes no difference. As a man, HE couldn't make the top 400 in the country. There were high school students that could beat HIM while He was in college. Penn is not a swimming powerhouse. Even swimming in women's competitions, real women like Katy Ladecky, Simone Manuel, Kate Douglas, and the Walsh sisters would leave that sick wannabe in their wake.
