It's a bit of a rant about a pet peeve of mine, but given the amount of wins we've had in the past several months, I felt I might as well point it out. I'm sure a lot of this is just moronic trolls actively trying to screw with people on our side, but I know some people like this IRL as well, which is why I can't say it's 100% trolls.
There's a weird subset of our side that actively does NOT want to win, in literally anything. I see it most often in the 2A community. I have never seen a bigger group of whiney, pardon my french, bitches, in my entire life.
Every time there's a win, or some random forgettable event that has no bearing on literally anything, there's always a decent number of people whining and bitching abiout every little thing.
Here's a few examples. A gun news youtuber I watch semi-frequently to keep up with the ATF's bullcrap posted a video about how newsome is apparently going to Nashville for a democrat party dinner to "outline gun control" for their platform because the cucked governor of TN has been trying to convince the legislature to pass a red flag law after the Christian school shooting.
Good Lord you should have seen the comments. People just outright lying, saying that TN has turned bluer and bluer every election. The exact opposite is true, in fact TN has been turning redder and redder every year, and in 2020, even with obvious cheating in Nashville and Memphis, as exposed in the info from 2,000 mules and all the data from Seth Keshel, TN gave Trump his largest win margin in terms of raw numbers of any state in the union. This is the first time that Texas hasn't had that distinction in like 30 years, and instead that distinction went to Tennessee.
Other morons were ranting about how we need to just go ahead and start a civil war (obvious feds). Others still were blaming californians moving to Memphis and Nashville (It's been proven over and over again that people moving from blue states to red states vote conservative by a 85-90% margin. In fact, I remember finding an article a while back about how California liberals are mainly moving to Portland and Seattle because they "enjoy the lifestyle" but can't stand the taxes. And despite also being liberal hellholes, Oregon and Washington do technically have vastly lower taxes than California.)
But besides the obvious feds and the morons who can't be bothered to do a quick google search that proves them wrong, the most irksome thing was the random people blaming, of all things, "gentrification" for gun control. Apparently, in their minds, taking a crappy ghetto full of trap houses and converting it into livable housing is somehow a bad thing. And I need to clarify here, they specified that it was the "house flippers gentrifying the ghettos". Not people buying a fixer upper and selling it for three times it's realy value, but people buying up and fixing literal crack houses.
Here's another real life example, and this one pisses me off even more. I have an Aunt who, and this happens every time something good happens, refuses to accept a win. She literally complained about the Sound of Freedom and said "if they wanted to do something good, they should have just donated the money to make the movie to fight child trafficking". When shown Rich Men North of Richmond, she condemned the song and said it should be taken down "because he curses too much."
Keep in mind this woman is a staunch conservative, but she just refuses to accept a single win.
I realize this is a bit of a rant, but it's something I've noticed, even on here. I can't say they're all trolls, since I DO know people like this IRL, but I've noticed whenever something good happens on here, there's always a handful of comments on the stickied posts trying to FIND something they can claim fault with or complain about in order to diminish the win.
Again, I realize this is a bit of rant, but I'm just curious if anyone else has noticed this bizarre subset of people on our side that actively do NOT want to win, and try to diminish every single victory we have, or try to make a mountain out of an ant hill when it comes to random stupid things that obviously aren't going anywhere.

No, I know what a doomer is. What I'm referring to goes beyond just dooming. I'm talking about people just going on with the most nonsensical crap to have an excuse to whine about something. And like I said, I know some of these people IRL, so I know they can't just all be online shills.
Like, here's another example I didn't give in the post. I once presented someone I know IRL with ALL of the evidence about the bushes involvement in 9/11. EVERYTHING. Everything I knew of and had available to me at the time. Even convinced them to watch a few documentaries at my house on bitchute and rumble so they could actually see all the documentation and hear the interviews, like when silverstiend told them to "pull it" on tower 7.
Keep in mind, this person voted from Trump twice and loathes communists with a passion. But when faced with the reality of the bushes, the only response I got was "they're good Christians, so I'm not sure I believe all of this."
I don't know, maybe I need to take a break from "waking people up" and just step back and rest a bit. But the dissonance and refusal to accept a win, sometimes when it's handed to them on a silver platter is starting to get to me.
As for the 2A community.....yeah, I've noticed they're mostly normies, at least on most of the "big" youtube channels. I'll see a decent amount of based comments, even some people mentioning Q-like stuff (surprisingly), but for the most part I get the vibe it's mostly fudds who think reality is still like it was in the 80s.
There are also people who just like to be contrary. They think arguing and "debate" is fun. Even if they agree with you, they'll take the other side. I know one guy who does this.. no warning or.. a just to play devils advocate.. he just automatically starts arguing against whatever we are standing for.
Ugh, I hate people like that. Nothing more annoying than a contrarian.
Remember that there's levels to being awake. I got a reminder when I was at an event with a lot of MAGA people but several who I was having a beer with suddenly found somewhere else to be if some of us brought up Building 7 or questioned why we have so many Israeli "dual-citizens" in our government. Some people are just not ready to take that next step down the rabbit hole.

You have to remember that if you spend most of your time here or on alt-media you've put yourself into another bubble and have lost sight of what these people are being exposed to. They very well may think that Tennessee is turning blue if every news source around them is saying that and they're still too normie to seek out info on their own and even then they might just fall into the Tim Pool trap or such and still get doompilled.

My parents are still married and alive (I’m close to 60), I have always been able to rely on them for help. She never had a father, her mother, now dead was an alcoholic and she never expect help from anybody.
I belive people are just wired differently, some people can’t help themselves, they have to paint the worse picture imaginable, others may be too optimistic.

Some people were raised to be negative, under the guise of being realistic. I come from a family of skeptics, it was considered a sign of intelligence, I was accused of magical thinking many times over the years. It takes strength to defy gravity, that is why this awakening has to be based on Faith. Dooming is an evil tool. Interesting that many in my family suffer from depression. I feel bad for them. If some people only realized that every doubtful thought comes from the Devil, they would resist it. Of course the end is not for everyone. The enemy is so diabolical, and the truth shows things many people do not want to see because they just do not have the strength to bear the truth with hope. Every time an evil is exposed, it is cause for rejoicing. Sure, there is plenty to be aghast by, cleaning wounds is a nasty job, it smells, gross things that have infected society makes you gag as the pus of evil is washed away, but the healing cannot start without the dirty work. I used to be aggressive in my delivery against the system, with friends, I would wring my hands and get loud and angry at people who refused to see, and this goes back to the Clinton years with me. I prayed about it, and the answer came to my mind to approach conscious awakening as healing, that if I bring some truth to a person I do it out of Love, as a healing to the person, not as a cold bucket of ice water to throw on them. But some people cannot change, just don't let their attitude get you down. It's okay to reject their dooming to keep you from doing the same. The devil does not want us to know that he is being defeated. Saying "get behind me Satan" and walking away from the negativity is a powerful shield.

this is part of the internal republican fight. They've been beaten up so badly about every traditional value they hold, and gotten so used to losing, that a win feels wrong to them.
They're looking for "the catch" as they're used to every step forward being met with two steps back. It's hard to not fall into this especially if you're in a blue stronghold like Hellinois where since '22 it's been one loss after another and the few wins have recently been reversed as well.
First of all, considering it's canada, they're probably compromised. Second of all, yup, literally 90 years old, and third of all, as I said in the original post. the person in the comments on the video I watched was complaining about literal crack houses (think inner city detroit level crack houses) being "gentrified".
And I'm not just calling them crack houses, I mean that literally. These places were actually used as drug dens for gangs at one point before being bought up and renovated, or in some cases torn down and replaced.
They were working class houses 60+ years ago, and have been drug dens for the last 30 or so years. And when someone comes along and turns them around, apparently it's the end of the world.
But yeah, I've come to the conclusion that what you're saying is exactly right. Some people have certain "talking points" so ingrained into their lives and personality, that if they were to actually win their "fight" then they would be so lost they wouldn't know what to do. So they actively try to not win and just maintain the status quo.
