I have Resting Bitch Face so most people stay far away from me.
It didn't help me, though, during lockdowns/masking. I had double masked people approach me in grocery stores asking for my help in finding items since stores were constantly moving things. I don't work in the stores and I was maskless. Maybe they were just happy to see a face . . .
I wish people would stop using that term like that, criminals, sociopaths, psychopaths are anti-social, that's the true meaning of the word, doesn't have anything to do with wanting to go to parties or not.
Also nah, I'm an introvert loner because I'm effed up, if I was smart my situation would be better.
Though perhaps that does indeed apply to truly intelligent individuals, I wouldn't know.
Shunning the society of others; not sociable. Hostile to or disruptive of the established social order; marked by or engaging in behavior that violates accepted mores.
For me it means - Most people around here are fkn dangerous sheep, so NO, I don't want to socialize with them. Their " norms " are shallow, immature, and do not intrigue me.
Toss me in the middle of an awakened party of Patriots and I might end up on a roof top naked trying to dance. Then I'll be social. We are often products of our environments and around here I want nothing to do with most people at this time.
Life is too short to be surrounded by stupidity, naivety, fear, and cowardice. Biggest mistake those trying to live healthy is ignoring their spiritual health. Bad energy from these type of people is harmful.
Toss me in the middle of an awakened party of Patriots...
I don't know about the naked rooftop dancing thing, but I'm down for a Patriot party. I do hope that can one day come to pass. If not that, I hope we can figure out a way to recognize each other IRL.
I'm not anti-social, but I'm definitely anti-socialist.
I just can't stand being around people, with their dumb people lives and their dumb people mentalities. I have zero friends, but plenty of frens, and that's all I want/need.
I understand that we are social animals by instinct, but we are also reasonable animals and can suppress that social need in specific ways, especially after having to deal with so damn many simpletons over a 50+ year period.
Sorry to hear that. My wife used to think I was crazy, but the whole vaccine push woke her up. Then she found some books written in her language that expose the Covid hoax, and suddenly I was no longer crazy.
Someone once told me there is a difference between having fun and being happy. Some friends are fun, but are really, really unhealthy. Eventually it bites you in the butt and you have to leave the friendship. Better friends are the ones who are on the same path as you, and can share in the awe of it all. These people are out there and they are wise, good, funny (often!) and completely worth finding.
Man that explains why I have so few friends. 😝
I think it could be a bell curve for friends. Retards don't have many friends. Now where the peak IQ to friend relation is I don't know.
Same. Although sometimes it does feel like a massive cope.
Amen. Now go away

Probably were subconciously processing you as more friendly/approachable because they could see your face.
Who needs friends when you can have frens!
Absolutely 💯
Being alone is addicting too.
I'm surrounded by people, but I feel intellectually lonely.
Feel u mate. Part of why I think many of us are here. Truth is a lonely road, however that is changing.
After seeing nothing but the planet ablaze for 3 decades for the first time I actually do see a change happening.
Everyone has their own pace on their journey, but someone has to lead the pack. They may be in last place, but most will finish the journey.
I feel the same way when I'm at work.
Introverts, loners yes, anti-social no.

Actually it does but w.e.
Anti-social

I've been told that I intimidate people. But I'm very friendly and cheerful. What's wrong with them? Lol.

I have only one friend, my wife. And even then, she is asleep.
At least I have my brother who is awake.

Yup. She pretty much thinks I'm crazy.
...and the fewer people you can truly relate to.

*fewer
I was gonna go with midget, dwarf, or halfling, but tried to be nice. Fewer was the best option. 4 hour sleep grammar. It happens.
👍

I've been an introvert all my life. I learned to overcome shyness for the most part... at least the crippling shyness I had as a kid.

I've been burned by the women that I had as friends. I don't have women friends anymore as I cannot trust them. I have you all here which is better.🥰
As a man of discriminating taste, I can confirm. God bless my wife for tolerating me.
Intelligent people tend to have fewer friends...
That's what I was trying to correct.
Guilty. LOL!
Well, nobody likes a smartarse.
