The Brunson case feels like a demonstration on the flank, forcing the death cult to spend resources defending against it. If circumstance bears out that there is a substantial opening, you push a little harder forcing the enemy to move more resources to stem the breech. Its not the main attack but who knows where it may lead.

They had a clever legal angle but the case didn't get accepted for consideration by SCOTUS. I stopped following it but I think they were revamping their approach for additional attempts.
