I think 25th amendment section 4 has been foreshadowed so much and it only makes sense in the context of Biden. It also serves the purposes of showing Democrats the harm of using the 25th so flippantly, reveals to them the incompetence of Kamala, and creates petty infighting.
Another benefit of the 25th for the cabal is it will delay evidence of their Ukraine crimes. I would expect it to occur in the middle of this inquiry or impeachment evidence being presented.
