Actually, no, the President of the USA is always a civilian. That way, our military is always under civilian control. It's part of our system of checks and balances.
When Eisenhower became president, he had already retired and was considered a civilian even though he had been a general in the U.S. Army.

So it got me thinking about Tesla tech etc… what if the person who says “you’ll never guess who you’re speaking to” is speaking to us from the early 60’s. What if it’s JFK?

It would be the most epic thing imaginable, literally cannot think of a cooler scenario.
I do not believe nor dismiss the theories and the questions I raised previously I still have no answer to.
