I truthfully think the MK Ultra was all based on the older technology of splitting the mind through trauma based terror and then inserting knowledge which created the alters. If you listen to all the victims of the MK Ultra experiments this seems to be the protocol. I don't know when this newer technology became available as a viable option but I would guess that it superseded the older methods once understanding and advancements were made in programming the brain. I am sure all this research comes through the military industrial complex which seems to control all the government agencies.
