I would argue Ezekiel 38 and Daniel need to be fulfilled first, and that has not happened. I beleive what we will be seeing will look like the end times, but will not be, thus brining us to the perceived precipice without fulfilling prophesy. Remember, if Q is correct this is a scripted movie being played out, though I would argue there are some things happening that they are not totally in control of, but can react to and keep contained. Ps 83:5-8 lists all the nations which come against Israel, they are all neighbour on Israel. Don't know what version you are using but mine NKJV says its Israel - yes Israel was Jacob but was renamed by the angel/Christophany/God who fought with him that night. There is no mention of Jacob in this psalm, its meaning is quite clear.
If you want to make this about a 'kzarian/Edomite state' you will note in v6 Edom is specifically mentioned as one of those nations coming against Israel.
As for Israel in this Psalm not being Israel/Jacob, what evidence do you offer?
I also use the NKJV version i think its the best translated one, when I examine the Hebrew words in E-sword and other programs. To the Hebrew mind prophecy is pattern and often has multiple full or partial fulfilments before the final fulfilment. An example being Jesus says to His disciples, coming down from transfiguration, that Elijah had come - John the Baptist - and that Elijah was still to come.
