I like how they say, "Not a single dollar of the 6 billion is being used to fund terrorist activities". It's like having someone say, "Give me $100 and I'll put it in my wallet to add to the $1000 I have in there now, and I promise not to spend any of that $100 when I use the $1000 to buy ___". Seems like they enjoy looking the other way when it comes to warning signs. If nothing happens, they can claim they are doing a good job, if war breaks out because they looked the other way, we’ll now they have a reason to spend more money and attach crap to bills that provide funding to a new war.
