I didnt have a dream that I remembered the next morning for 20 years until I began taking iodine about 2 years ago. Now I have dreams every night.
What dosage is recommended?
Start slow. I did 1 drop for 2 weeks then 2 for 2 weeks then full dose of three drops. You can feel a little sick as you detox.
And eliminate fluoride completely - filter drinking water to remove fluoride , no fluoride toothpaste

you need RO water, not filtered
I don't know of faucet filter that removes fluoride. Only RO systems do that. $ 50 to $100 filters on each tap do wonders though, because there's many other toxins they remove. Try a decent one once on a tap and you will never not use on again. Decent RO system will fit under kit sink for as low as $500. Whole house systems get crazy.
Also: take selenium with it as well as making sure you aren't a candidate for Hashimotos thyroiditis (<--read about this years ago before opting in on iodine, but can't recall all the details).
The most important thing is intent. We need to try.
Basically, we need to learn to meditate to quiet our minds and release all the negative inner trauma that we have been conditioned with from childhood. To keep your vibration up, put your consciousness at your pineal gland/3rd eye. For most, their consciousness is somewhere in their gut. Observe this yourself and try it.

I have always taken this to mean if you seek our light, or look for light, you will be filled with light.
If you seek out, or look for, darkness you will be filled with it.
How many Anons going through the Awakening became extremely depressed/overwhelmed by the evil that was uncovered as they are exposed to the true horrors those who seek power are willing to go to.
Many of my friends had a hard time with Sound of Freedom & thought it shouldn't be shown to minors at all. I believe that many children after the age of 12 should see it & be aware, though there are some that should wait due to their extremely compassionate nature. Those same friends would be emotionally devastated if they dug further down to discover things like frazzledrip type stuff as a reality.
There are reasons many Anons need to take breaks & come back after a recharge.
Maybe I am not understanding it, though I had not made a 3rd eye/pineal glad connection with this personally.
Do not confuse being aware with being awake. I used to think I was awake because I was aware of all the lies and horror going on in this world. Then I activated my Pineal Gland and my whole world changed. Everything seemed to slow down and I was seeing two and three steps ahead. It was like I stepped back and saw everything from a different perspective. My awareness increased drastically. I suddenly saw both sides of every argument. It is very hard to explain but it was like my left and right brain merged. My mind got silent, I had an inner peace and a powerful feeling of knowing everything was going to be fine and my emotions were suddenly easy to control. I felt free. Like a giant weight was lifted from me.
There are different names for it like Satori or Enlightenment. Scientologists even refer to it as "going clear".
I want people to understand that this is a real process that we are all capable of if we try and not just my opinion. So many people who call themselves awake brush this off as crazy new-age BS but they have no idea what they are missing. This is not "new age" this is ancient knowledge that has been hidden from us.
I had an experience like this once a few yeara back & was also filled with the most profound & complete love there is, more than I could have ever imagined, & colors even in the middle of the night were more vibrant than they were in the middle of the day.
Not sure if mine kicked on for a couple days & I shut it off again, or if this was something different. I will need to do the detox & see what happens. That sounds amazing.

But the GAW post heading mentions symbolism. So lets try a little symbol substitution. What other organ resides between the temples? Your brain (or your mind). Substitute "mind" for "cone" in the image captions and for "pineal gland" in the rest. You can also substitute and "CIA spook" for "spiritual". I imagine there's a simple symbol substitution for "calcified", but the best I got is "hardened". At least that moves us away from the distracting mumbo-jumbo into a reading based in reality.
