I think she is a true believer in the vaccines. I don't think she was trying to be malicious in funding the research. I think that she thinks she was doing something good.
Yes. Reality is really grim for someone like her when it becomes undeniable. For anyone really. I am very grateful to have been born rebellious and with an abhorrence of being manipulated. Sad to have pleaded with loved ones not to get the children vaxxed, begged for promises that were not given to me. Now what, just watch the illness and suffering? That is what we are left with.
