Lol. I think it's possible--from the way this reads, anyway--that the rate of positive tests in the masked population increased simply because those were the people taking the damn tests.

It's a very good and critical question to ask. From the Slay News writeup: "These are the results after controlling for observable confounders. In the raw data, regular mask-wearers had a 74-75% higher risk of testing positive for Covid."
Causal inference methods are essential when analyzing observational data.

Masking children is the worst! Adults have poor hygiene as it is. Children interact with everything, a mask is ready for the hazmat bin after lunch, PE, or restroom. My next eldest sibling ate dirt, another time a Caterpillar, other sister must have put coins in her mouth, she had trench mouth.
The obvious question is how were they testing for Covid? We know the PCR tests don't work, giving false positives. Tests were amped so much that common cold germs were picked up as Covid. The science is so messed up bc of the DS fuknuts.
Maskers also got vaxxed more/often. Likely causation from being vaxxed, correlation with being masked.

We breath out CO2. The masks trapped the CO2, causing mask wearers to breath back in their CO2. CO2 is acidic. Cancer loves an acidic environment. Aren't cases of cancer in children on the rise?

Actual name for it is bacterial pneumonia!
And that's totally a misnomer. It's toxicity. You body is out of balance and the safe bacteria in your body becomes harmful.
The approach is to nuke all the bacteria, assuming some of that bacteria is from outside your body. And it's worth killing good bacteria to also kill the bad. Generally.
But there are many other ways to curb bacterial imbalances, by identifying the cause. Which is never a bacterium that got into your body and spread.
Honestly I wore the mask for 2+ years almost 8hrs a day at work. I knew from the get go that if coworkers got the vax, their immune system would possibly be compromised. I kept wearing the mask to eliminate the chance of them blaming me for them getting sick. They all knew i was unvaxed. Never got sick and im in the north east with snowy winters. At least 8 coworkers within 40 feet of my office kept getting covid and tested. The mask is least of their worries. The tainted vax is the problem and my whole office got vaxxed at least once except me of course.
One potential problem with masks is that they are made of fibers glued together. Some fibers come loose and you breathe them in, leading to Interstitial Lung Disease. See what happens after ten years.
