What is so disappointing about this case is that it was brought by Republicans and independents. It's true, I researched it. Maybe if the GOP could get our heads out of our ass long enough to stop the infighting, we could actually accomplish something and win.
The GOP is only the right front foot step of the uniparty. They don't want Trump to win almost as much as the Democrats don't
Thank you for the more reasonable way of making this comment. Appreciated!
STAYED pending Petition....
Perhaps even more so. At least with the Democrats, you know what you're getting. The RINO hypocrisy is infuriating
Yes. The CO GOP wants to move to a caucus because they will have more control of the process. How did Hillary steal the DNC primary from Bernie? 🤔
The same way Joe did by stealing from Bernie in Des Moines. Hell they are still counting the caucus votes over there.
Also fact. That caucus was a big bunch of poop 💩.
Exactly.
Fact.
Apparently, that is minority opinion among Republicans in Colorado, though...
Totally agree it is. I just high tailed it out of Colorado in March because of the politics and the snow. Most of our friends in Douglas County which is very red were pro Trump. I'm sure they are seething.
and now disenfranchised
And just like the CSC Decision, your comment is STAYED, unless it gets PETITIONED, then the STAY becomes PERMANENT.....
It's just Word Games.....
Oh look, another “the GOP are just braindead/lazy” argument. It’s a one party system… when will you learn.
Oh look, another person not understanding why it is being phrased that way.
When will you learn.
i read the parent comment again, my comment still stands. explain your interpretation of the parent comment.
We phrase it as "GOP is doing nothing" because it is more effective to explain that they are not on our side and are in fact a uniparty than to just flat out call them a uniparty.
It is important to stress that they are not our friends, and brushing it off as "the uniparty" doesn't cause people to make that connection on its own.
Especially since every election you have a constant string of posts telling you to put the gun into your mouth and pull the trigger (vote RINO even if you know they'll destroy the country because wE hAvE tO HaVe tHe MaJoRiTy.)
Everyone who posts here knows they're on the same side. However, lurkers and people coming here (as well as where we disseminate information on 4chan, in public, etc.) already know that Democrats aren't on our side, but they cling to the GOP despite that. It is important to ensure that they know that the GOP is no better.
Additionally, the GOP is -- at this point -- our representation, so it is important that they are specifically held to account. Though, Democrats are still supposed to be the representation of their conservative voters but they've lost the plot there.
Agree. Hopefully, this travesty will be righted. Nevertheless, the attempt to keep PDJT off the ballot "should" wake up more people while exposing more of the DS/uniparty/globalists/commies who need to be dealt with/removed at ALL levels.
People calling themselves Republicans and independents. Big difference. Acting like leftards makes them leftards
It's not Colorado I'm worried about. It's all the cucked motherfuckers sitting on the bench in all the swing states that are now salivating like Joe Biden in a Kindergarten class. SCOTUS needs to nip this in the bud yesterday.
Ron Paul won many caucuses, but the RINOs still managed to ignore or hijack his delegate slates.
I don't understand....don't the rats not allowing him on the final ballot or vote?...or was their ruling just for the primaries...????
Just for the primaries. They assumed that would be enough to make it impossible for him to even get on the November national ballot. They didn't see the caucus angle coming.
This is incorrect. As written it applies to any ballot, for any office, into perpetuity. This is why the SCOTUS needs to get on this
Interestingly, it seems that Colorado Republicans had Trump removed from the ballot.

The decision is "stayed" pending court challenge. It wont affect anything.
They don't care about the primary's ballot as much as the presidential one.
Why isn't the DEMONrats screaming disenfranchised?
Oh wait.....never mind.
Kek! Dems be like: voter ID is disenfranchisement, but removing the most popular candidate perhaps of all time from the ballot, that's justice!
I think this solves 1 half of the puzzle, and not the half that matters. This will allow the GOP to produce Trump as their candidate. His name, or write-in votes, are not allowed on the CO ballot until a higher court chimes in.
No, the court stayed their own ruling, basically indefinitely.
Page #9
"If review is sought in the Supreme Court before the stay expires on January 4, 2024, then the stay shall remain in place, and the Secretary will continue to be required to include President Trump’s name on the 2024 presidential primary ballot, until the receipt of any order or mandate from the Supreme Court. "
Not indefinitely. "to maintain the status quo," they stayed their ruling until Jan. 4, (the day before the secretary of state's deadline to certify primary ballots for march 5) That means that if the U.S. Supreme Court agrees to hear the case and is still in process by that date, Trump's name should be included on the ballot. If the SCOTUS does not agree to hear the case, then his name won't appear. This forces SCOTUS' hand to pick up the case ASAP.
""IF REVIEW IS SOUGHT....""
""THE STAY SHALL REMAIN IN PLACE""
This is the key part, if it even gets petitioned to SCOTUS, the STAY becomes PERMANENT....
Word Games....
I'm agreeing with you :)
Edit : hit enter too early. IF review is sought (it will be), then he stays on ballot. If SCOTUS overturns he stays, if they do not overturn. welp.. pitchforks?
It’s gonna get wild.
