I think it's important to show intent. The we have this information, the CDC has this information. It's one thing to have vaxx on the market where only people stupid enough to ask for the jab are still getting it. It's a completely different matter to continue to try and force people under duress to take the shots.

To not get the jab you need to be under 0.5 years old, or you need to be adopted under 12 years old. Or you need to have a religious exemption and show you don't take ANY vaccines, with backup proof about belonging to a religious group. If you don't fall into these narrow categories you are otherwise FORCED to get the vaxx as a condition to immigrate.
Otherwise you run the risk of being rejected a visa for USCIS and you run the risk of all further applications either being black listed or being black listed entirely. There's no other expression than to say these people are sick.
