True, we need laws that allow force schools to teach kids how to control guns.
That's actually a very relevant statement. Back in the "old days", children were taught the value AND danger of firearms, and it was common to see gun clubs at schools across America as well as students bringing their firearms to what would now be labeled "Gun Free Zones" (aka easy targets for psychopaths).
Nowadays we teach fear and use fear to enact control, removing the independence of self-reliance and self-defense along with respect of such a powerful tool and what it represents, from our youngest children.
I had to give a demonstration speech in 8th grade english class. I took a .22 rifle in and showed how to clean it. Teacher told me to just break it down and wrap it in newspaper and put it in my locker.
No laws were broken.
So newspaper is good for other things other than fish wrap...
it's also good for lining the bottoms of bird cages.... Time magazine works well for that, too.....

Most, if not all, gun laws are unconstitutional. It very clearly and concisely states that the people are actually in fact the militia, and that they have the right to keep and bear arms without infringement. Anyone who understands what “infringe” and “infringement” actually means should know why most gun laws are completely unconstitutional

We passed a law in oklahoma saying its illegal for state employees to assist the govt with unconstitutional laws,just for this reason.

We already have this in New Jersey, and have for years. if I want to sell a gun to a friend we have to go through an FFL and pay for NICS and transfer fee to the FFL. I can only hope that ATF doing this will cause it to be deemed unconstitutional everywhere

Feds do NOT and can NOT regulate inner-state commerce. Consitution gives them the right to regulate inter-state commerce. Sales within a state is not in their wheelhouse.

That’s a step too far anyways. I can sell my own property to whoever the fuck I want. Whether it’s guns, a car, kitchen ware, a TV whatever.
It's not a bill. It's just the ATF making up new rules to force down everyone's throats.
Background checks on private sales would be very hard to do. On public sales, you have the five day waiting period while most gun shows are two to three days at the most. It is just another attack on the 2nd amendment as criminals don't acquire guns the normal way.
