Two pills that combine everything I take, and by taking my supplements individually, I can’t even fit them all into a single pill box with morning and night dividers. It is half or more the cost of buying them individually also. Hope I like them.
Before 2020 it was reasonable general and not 'specialist knowledge' to know about the importance of sunlight in Vitamin D production, let alone the importance of Vit D per se. The scale of the gaslighting number done on the general populace gets more ineffable as time rumbles on.

Years ago my doc would always tell me I needed more vitamin D, when cvd came out, I messaged her and asked about if taking vitamin D would help (along with other vitamins and ivermectin), she told me that vitamin D wouldn't help me much and the only thing out there to help with cvd was the vaxx.
She totally lost me after that. This is a doctor we have been with for over 15 yrs at that point. I don't trust her anymore. Wish we had a way to know which doctors treat patients the way they should be and not by what they are pressured to do or they risk their jobs or licenses.
Back in covid early days, Feb/Mar 2020, I was in for a general appt. I respected this doc because she's smart and also liked using supplements like turmeric. That day I random asked about prescribing hydroxychloroquine for covid. She said only if you were extremely sick. So I was like you, I wanted another doc but at least I knew her postion on covid.
In fall 2020, we are in the throes of covid histeria, I'm in for another appt. I told her I was taking ivermectin and that I didn't ask her for a prescription because I didn't think she could fill it. She didn't admonish me she just said, "oh no I couldn't have filled that."
As for the jab, and this only happened once, she said they make me ask this, "Do you want the covid vaccine?" I said "no thank you."
Sorry for the tl:dr but that's how I tested where this doc was on covid. To this day we have a really good relationship. I hope this helps if you are searching for a new doc.
No, just buy supplements that are tested for purity by 3rd party labs.
It's estimated that 42% of the US is deficient for vitamin D. The problem, especially for older people, is that absortion from the skin isn't effective for everyone. The same can be said for other mineral deficiencies, some people have absorption issues and need a higher dose through supplementation to correct it.
As a personal anecdote, I had a supplement that corrected a serious health issue and my doctors were completely clueless about it.
And if you've already lost your gallbladder TUDCA will help you digest fatty meals again since it's mostly bile salts in a pill.
As for preventing bile sludge and gallstones you want every meal to have at least 10g of fat in it so that the gallbladder empties completely and best if multiple times a day. Yeah the multi-day fastnatics are making their chances of gallstones only worse.

I get a migraine like headache when taking K2 supplements. It only lasts a couple or three minutes but is debilitating. Any suggestions?
