IMHO any Senator or Congressman that votes for any bill that they are not thoroughly familiar with every aspect of, should be prosecuted for Treason. Gun Confiscation in the spending bill? WTAF! 🗣️ DISCUSSION 💬

I’m just convinced all bills should be no more than 1 double space typed page. If it takes more than that it is too complicated and prone to loopholes.

Sounds like a good way to limit bills to me.

If I’m being honest I think it should be no more than 4 sentences, one of which is the title. Kek.

They should probably state an intention and an expiry as well. After the expiry, legislators can evaluate whether the intention was fulfilled and renew it if so.

We don't need anymore bills. We need a purge. Its kind of funny how they have populations manipulated into thinking we constantly need more laws. What we really need is for everyone in congress, and DC as a whole, to meet and get familiar with unemployment.

It will eventually be ruled unconstitutional but we are going to have to deal with the bullshit for several years until it’s adjudicated by the SCOTUS.

A vote is support. They support unconstitutional things, they should be tarred and feathered and run out of town. Or worse. Treason is certainly to be considered.

What shocks me even more is how the RINOs are being revealed as Democrats in disguise at such a furious rate. Aside from MTG, Gaetz, and Rand Paul, are there any other patriots left?

All this tells me is now that they have the ability to take peoples guns, there’s no way they’re gonna allow Trump to win. They have to disarm us to implement their plan. And they will do it.

“And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?... The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin's thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If...if...We didn't love freedom enough. And even more – we had no awareness of the real situation.... We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward.” ― Aleksandr I. Solzhenitsyn

Also, it depends on what kind of sheriff you have. Mine in particular, will not uphold Covid laws much less confiscating peoples firearms. The federal government would have to have individuals to do that for them. Also, I’m not sure how this applies to sanctuary cities and counties and states for second amendment. I’m not sure what kind of protection that gives. But it’s a thing. 🤷‍♀️

I believe we're about to find out just how many people know what's coming, and are willing to do what's necessary to stop it, or not.

Word to the local DA's - I know you'll delay their trials until after the election. I don't care. I'll be here, lurking, waiting to be called up and exercise my 'jury nullification' option. That is, if you miss me on the first sweep, and I'm not locked up with the rest of the patriots.

I was jury foreman on a trial for a gang member. He was 100% guilty, caught red-handed violating an injunction that a previous court placed him under.

When we went to deliberation I was shocked that half the jury wanted to vote not-guilty, because they felt sorry for him, and he seemed (in court) like a nice kid. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Long story short, it took three days of deliberation, and a hell of a lot of persistence on my part, but we finally got a unanimous guilty verdict on a Friday… but only because the hold out jurors didn’t want to return on Monday, and just wanted it to end. The correct outcome achieved the wrong way.

I think most of us aren't thinking big enough. Remember what Trump said paraphrased, if your going to be thinking anyway, you may as well think big.

DC needs to be turned into a museum. We should take all power away from our federal govt. There ONLY job should be to work to protect our country and our Constitutional rights. Our federal government needs to shrink by about 90%, and the 10% remaining can only remain if they understand they are not the boss of us, we are their boss.

I would set one caveat on that, and that is in the legislative branch. When practically one million Americans have one representative, we are a far cry from truly representative government. If we removed all the unConstitutional agencies (IRS, BTA, BLM, CIA, ATF and some more) that are part of the executive branch, and lowered congressional pay to a reasonable amount (and the pay of all the 'higher ups' ) we could afford to pay for more representation.

We need to make them Read The Bills! https://downsizedc.org/act/read-the-bills-act-2/

and, Write The Laws, https://downsizedc.org/act/write-the-laws-act-2/

and limit them to One Subject At A Time! https://downsizedc.org/act/one-subject-at-a-time-act/

and be held to the same laws they pass for us, which is here: https://downsizedc.org/end-delegation-and-usurpation/

Most of these guys are lawyers, right? Best legal advice I ever heard was 'dont sign anything until you read it through and understand it.'

Just came to me ..... notice the titles of all these bills are the opposite of what they actually do. Wonder if politicians only read the heading and say it sounds good.

It is just like the court system. They have complicated the court system so much that you must hire a lawyer for anything. It is not supposed to be that way. As far as Bill's, its supposed to be easily understood. If they just sign off on it, time for a block of instruction.
