Mohammad Bin Salman was supposedly the real target in Las Vegas on October 1st 2017. The Paddock shooting was cover for a blown operation to assassinate Bin Salman and he narrowly escaped.

Khashoggi said NOTHING when the Religious Police would arrest and disappear Saudi civilians and trampled on human rights. But once Trump flew to KSA, things started changing. So once women started receiving rights like being able to drive cars, sit next to their husbands at soccer games, the Religious Police being unable to arrest anyone, THEN Khashoggi started whining about how rotten KSA has become. He was a villain and I know my Saudi friend at least was happy that the jerk was killed.
