Fun fact. The IRS specifically has forms for Organized Crime to report their income.
They also are under no legal obligation to inform local, state, or Federal law enforcement if someone actually fills out said form and reports income gained via illicit activities.
I know at the state level, drug dealers can purchase tax stamps to cover their income from selling drugs. The department of revenue by law cannot report said drug dealers to law enforcement. It's all about the money.

The reason the government can't trace some money is because it is being used to destroy our infrastructure. For example, the money lost by the pentagon before 9/11 was likely used to bring down the twin towers.

All of these are a little misleading. I did about 30 seconds of research into each line item and put my findings below:
They didn't lose the money, some idiot estimated the value of weapons systems wrong, so we spent $6.2b more than we thought.
They didn't lose $24 billion. They know where every dollar went, the problem was that no one put any effort into seeing if that money that was spent helped homelessness issues - it did not. This was over 8 years, and most of the money went to renting hotel rooms for the homeless which did nothing in the longrun.
This is supposed to be from that speech Rumsfeld made on Sept 10, 2001, but the number is a bit misleading too. The reality of it is that the pentagon didn't properly track the 2.3 trillion bucks over almost 25 years. Basically they bought a bunch of shit and no one wrote down what they bought. It's messed up and partially correct.
The $5 trillion is tracked from Pandemic spending, they just aren't sure how much is fraudulent. This was those grants people could get during covid for small businesses. Almost all of them that were applied for were applied for by people who didn't qualify for it, and the idiots in the Biden white house sent them the money anyways. More than 1000 people have been charged - that makes up close to $1 trillion worth, and there are still roughly 1500 cases pending.
The last one is just a statement, I don't know what the implication is? But interestingly enough a 601.57 is an IRS statute that has to do with criminal fraud and wiring money.
