Has the judge actually outright said that DJT cannot attend the graduation? I have looked for an actual statement from the court but all the "news" articles I have seen say he could or may deny him permission. Not trying to say the judge is not an a**hole who probably wont do any favors but I would like to see an actual statement if someone has that. Thx.

He has not. He hasn't ruled on that at all.
And this wasn't a pre-planned dental appointment for the juror. They came down with a toothache and then made the appointment.
Tomorrow has is also going to be a short day for testimony.
Thank you - I could not see where it had been ruled on. Imo - it would not be a good look to deny something this important scheduled so far down the road.
