Oh! So now the Judge states what freedoms we have and which ones we don't. I can't wait to see her go to GITMO.
“New York has set its face against God and Law, you say?
Are you a god, or the supreme lawgiver that you found yourself able to make these declarations? You surely aren’t operating on delegated authority, for I have no ability to say to my neighbor that he cannot defend himself, so there is certainly some higher authority you are calling upon for this declaration.
On the record, ‘your honor’, what is this god or law’s name that you claim to serve, that we might know it?”
Amen. I have a friend in Brooklyn and he has a Jewish girlfriend who lives there also. They are both Lawyers (retired) and do small Depositions for their old firms to keep their retirement stable. Anyway, neither of them have much in self-defense knowledge wise, and are not allowed guns as Brooklyn is a burrough of New York City. I would hate to know that anything happened to them even though I tried to red-pill them to the Truth. I'm thinking now they probably know and wish they had listened. These Judges/Governors/Mayors of these huge Metropolis' think that they can change any of our amendments and/or laws to suit their way of Rule. People in these cities should have stood up a long time ago. I believe it will be different once we get rid of these people in our government.
SUPREMACISTs always think they can't/won't be sacrificed. Cult training is like that.
Well, they're gonna be mighty surprised aren't they.
More than they already are.......you can smell the fear in the air.
One thing that I’ll grant places like NYC is that it’s difficult to safely fire a firearm in crowded confines without putting innocents in danger.
Not sure what the answer to that is, but don’t believe an outright ban is it.
Me neither. If I were these people, I would go to another state (IF) I had a family or good friend who lives there and have them register me a gun in their state along with ammo. Then I'd take it home to NY and hide it in my apartment/house for defending myself. Like another friend I know bought a gun for his SIL because of some unknown reason not crime and registered it in his name not the SIL for defense because they have 4 kids. I'm sure this is done more often than we think.
I'm sure that "judge" took an oath of office to uphold the constitution... Treason.
Invalid oaths of office are being uncovered in federal, state and county governments. This can't be a coincidence. Maybe they are trying to avoid prosecution for violating their oath by saying, what oath, chumps?
Unless it’s a common law court their oath is to the CORPORATION not the constitution.
I’ve heard high ranking cops say in front of multiple ranking officers “we don’t honor oaths here” and not a single one of them bat an eye… not saying all cops are like this I’m sure some take their oaths seriously but it’s insane how there is a such lack of respect for the constitution in some circles
When society becomes less decent and honest, an oath isn't binding for them. They view it as a step to getting what they want and nothing more.
If his constitutional rights dont exist, then surely he is exempt from paying taxes too
I would think they should be able to find a higher court to rule this a mistrial with this judge's behavior.
Or, like this bitch said, "This is NY".
we dont have many real judges any longer they are evil minions
Tyranny at its finest.
Proposal to remove this judge, with prejudice.
Something tells be these kinds of judges will beg to be arrested to start safe …
These corrupt judges are all going to be brought down. A massive cleaning is coming of the judicial system.
500,000 sealed indictments. Think she's in that pile of paperwork?
Certainly hope so, otherwise we are lost.
You are on target.
Obviously, this judge forgot that the 2nd Amendment is for EVERY AMERICAN. This judge needs to be disbarred and go directly to prison for treason!
Dismiss and sue that "judge" for not respecting the constitution.
But, but, but they told us Trump is a dictator.
And don't their opinions exempt them from lawful practice?
Not sure.
However, when a joint ATF/NYPD task force discovered he was legally buying parts from various companies, they opened up an investigation that led to a SWAT raid and arrest.
he was buying parts LEGALLY and they swatted and arrested him. how is this legal?
"She told us, ‘Do not bring the Second Amendment into this courtroom. It doesn’t exist here. So you can’t argue Second Amendment. This is New York.'"
That alone should result in Judge Darkeh being removed from the bench. New York jurors really need to learn about jury nullification.
Of course, Judge Darkeh shot that down:
“I actually argued that jury nullification is allowed because there is some law from the High Court of New York that talks about lawyers who made jury nullification arguments. And basically, they said that judges shouldn’t encourage it, but they can’t prevent it. I actually made a pitch directly to Judge Darkeh to allow me to argue during nullification. She, of course, rejected that.”
Regardless of what this Darkeh says, jury nullification is a constitutional right despite the best efforts of states like California and New York to eliminate it: https://www.jstor.org/stable/29759866
For any NY pedes reading this, I would strongly advise you to reach out to your local rep and advocate for this communist c*nt to be disbarred:

Sounds like an appeal to the Supreme Court if you ask me but they will be tied up in cases trying to stop Trump.
Wait you mean a judge/postmaster of an incorporated town didn't recognize the 2nd amendment when you came into port/court? What are you lost at sea? 🙄
