These unredacted versions are really blowing up their narrative about Biden wasn’t prosecuted because he cooperated but Trump didn’t cooperate and that’s why he is being prosecuted.
Biden took all materials illegally, because he was a senator and vice president, and has absolutely no immunity.
If SCOTUS rules against Trump our country is done.
Thats the story we kept hearing until now. But it seems like its not true. Based on the emerging story:
NARA sent their request for material based on their interactions with DOJ
Trump responded to this and sent some boxes to the NARA
Some of these boxes had originated from GSA and were shipped to Mar-a-Lago
These same boxes were the ones containing hidden classified documents in between Newspapers.
NARA used these confidential documents to claim that Trump might have more confidential documents and "tipped off" DOJ which caused the raid.
But it turns out DOJ and NARA were co-ordinating all this even before the first request by NARA.
The actual "wilful retention" seems to be because Trump's team didn't even know nor expect that there would be classifiied material in the stuf they received from GSA
Thats how information warfare works. The entire MSM discusses material in a selective manner that is against Trump. So independant reporters cover the other side of the story.
if president trump had the official prerogative to declassify anything at will, and he took documents, they are presumed to have been declassified.
furthermore, trump made a paper trail of declassification, but it appears that some documents were re-classifed after trump had de-classified them, presumably for the purpose of constructing a criminal case against trump.
now the question is, WHY did they want these documents back?
was these the only copies, and they needed them for their records and archives?
or was it the case that they simply didn't want these documents in trumps hands, regardless of classification status, presumably because these documents are incriminating to the deep state, puppets, etc
Most people think this was to try and get back the crossfire hurricane documents. However I think it has to do with Uranium One.
If anyone remembers, the day Q made the first post there was a huge anticipation that Uranium One would blow open because so much had been pouring out. Instead Meuller announced his first indictment, and ever since then Uranium One has been forgotten.
Oh yeah, didnt Mueller himself fly to Russia witth a sample of uranium that they wanted to sell more to Russia?
Kinda exposes more of the charade.
Yep, I remember that
Most of this it's not emerging.
It's well known that the GSA helps move presidents out of the White House. They moved like a ton of boxes from the White House to Florida.
So Julie Kelly is not discovering something new here
It was mentioned here in 2022.
https://www.cnn.com/2022/10/10/politics/trump-documents-shipping-gsa/index.html
Both Trump and Kash Patel talked about the GSA in 2022. There's a dispute about who packed the boxes GSA moved. There's emails saying the boxes were packed before GSA picked them up.
https://www.businessinsider.com/trump-boxes-were-already-packed-when-government-movers-arrived-bloomberg-2022-10
The boxes did not originate with GSA. They originated in the White House. The question is who actually packed them.
When you know that, these two points
seem misguided.
Because like when I said a ton of boxes
and all originated at the WH not at GSA.
I'll talk willful retention tomorrow
Not according to this unsealed document.
In any lawsuit, its a battle between narratives. Both narratives are based on the facts and materials available to each side. Only when all facts start emerging, the narrative becomes clear.
All you are doing is simply regurgitate the enemy's narrative, which we dont need to come to GAW for - we can simply tune into the mainstream.
The whole point of GAW is to see beyond the enemy narrative, which a lot of Lawfag Anons miss, because they are so deeply programmed into the system. (I confess I used to be guilty of this where Big Tech was concerned because I made a career in the valley and it took me some time to get the 40K feet perspective for the area I am specialised in)
Just want to let you know that your efforts are essentially wasted here, because you are not helping the purpose of seeing through the narratives. You are simply pushing the enemy narratives with either the misguided or deliberate belief that "facts" always have a single interpretation regardless of context and it is the interpretation of the mainstream.
Just don't be surprised if you find yourself unwelcome here.
Did you read?
Nice try but the documents President Trump had were all unclassified documents. The Intel guys did not want those unclassified documents to see the light of day because they were being exposed by them It's BS to think that President Trump had some documents that were dangerous to the American people.
It is freaking ridicluous to believe that nonsense. If he really wanted to he could have made copies, or memorized them. Then just returned the original docs. problem solved. If the original docs proved that the intel agencies were trying to destroy his presidency. That would be a major danger to them. They would need those original docs out of his hands.
The judge has required that Trump's lawyers get proper security clearances and view the material at a SCIF in the courthouse
Hey, whatever keeps up appearances. 🙄
IMHO, that is what would need done if they actually were classified documents. Just because they were exposed to, well anyone, doesn't mean they lose the classified designation, and therefore you have to maintain security.
The fact that it is all hocus pocus fantasy doo-daa is a different story....
So? The documents were declassified. Just because the documents were marked classified means nothing. The President has the authority to declassify any documents he wants.
You may not like that and people in the FBI or CIA may not like that but it dosen't matter. That's the law
Now it turns out that some classified documents were slipped into the boxes mixed with other items sent to President Trump after they passed through Virginia (CIA) Those documents may not have been declassified. That's a whole different story with a whole new set of people that will be going to jail for an attempted setup by the time this is over.
Shill post after shill post. You are so obvious.
What case were they subpoenaed for. I am unaware of this. He was raided, then a charged.
This case. There was a subpoena in this case. Before the search warrant was issued.
The indictment claims there have video from the Mar a Lago security cameras of Walt Nauta moving boxes out of the storage before Trump's lawyers go examine the boxes for the documents that were subpoenaed.
The redacted thingie was: that there were two pallets of boxes that were rerouted through Virginia [cough Langley] before arriving at MaL, that were peppered with classified documents. The boxes were duly locked up under guard, but hey presto - certain people knew exacte-mentally what they were looking for. Or, so it could be argued.
... not to mention the extant fact that they would not allow Trump's lawyer to witness the suspect process of finding the evidences.
Something, something planted evidence - oh and one of the employees in charge was an Quantico-expert in counterintelligence and espionage or sum-ting.
At this point I want to see more of these revelevatory redactions, so let the good times roll. Cannon gets another tick in my little black book.
Cannon knows what is in the redacted documents and she's been proceeding accordingly. She's been deciding what does and doesn't need to remain redacted in the public's interest to know. Seems like the prosecution is slowly hanging itself.
It's all about timing. How do you introduce evidence?
Where are all of Barry’s documents?
It isn't even about that anymore. But yeah, inquiring minds, and some big data analytical tools. LOL the reason was given at the time, that all the documents ( a container full) would need to be digitally archived.
Why did the WH not have a person doing this as a matter of course? Sort of standard office procedure to scan everything into a data base, daily. But then, if one has something to hide, there are umpteen ways to pull off a little obfuscation. What a shambles.

Judge Cannon with the booms!
