Every person from the first man to the last had a hand in Jesus's death because all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. Nobody “killed” Jesus. He chose to lay down His life for us as only He has the power to do. Then He rose. Don’t detract from His sacrifice by saying so and so killed Him.

Your sin led to the need for Christ to sacrifice Himself. In that way you are responsible for His death. Rejoice if you have accepted that gift because you have been absolved for the sins that led to His death. The bible isn't the law. Even though the constitution was based on things like the ten commandments (pretty much all countries have laws based on biblical principles). The reality is that the bible isn't law, its a history book.
How God judges people in the next life has nothing to do with what happens here on earth. Example: you can kill 10 children and get away with it here on earth but pay the price in the next life, Regardless those 10 children never get to live their lives. If a law enforcement hero stops that murderer before he commits his crimes then those people get to live. Its pretty simple.
God have you direction. It’s called the Bible. God made laws, they are the Ten Commandments. There will always be God’s laws and man’s laws. Why does he blame Judas then and say "its would have been better if he had never been born" (who didn't even directly kill him).
I guess anyone who turns against and betrays Him, rejects the Gospel and He who sent Him. Judas heard the preaching, saw the miracles yet he was not convicted and chose the 30 pieces of silver rather than remain loyal and steadfast. He was without excuse. Jesus died for all sinners who truly repent and accept salvation through Him, he was the sacrificial lamb.

Jesus had two trials. A Jewish trial followed by a Roman trial. It’s in Mark, Matthew and Luke. The Jewish leaders (Sanhedrin) handed him over to the Roman leader, (Pontus Pilot) who handed him over to the Roman soldiers (Pretorium). The Roman soldiers killed Jesus. Why judge the Jews? We are like the Jews. We kill Jesus every day when we reject God and his commandments. “ If you love me, keep my commandments” John 14:15.
The jews were not allowed to execute prisoners and had to send jesus to the romans to get the death penalty.

I’m always surprised when I’m reading comments regarding all things Biblical. Why do we assume that the Bible, as currently written is in fact Gods words? Why do we believe that Jesus was a Jew? Who is telling us that; another Jew? We’ve learned that history, as we now it, has been manipulated as far back as we know. We are told that the Jews are Gods people but who is telling us that? Just speculation on my part but I can’t help but think that there has been some selective editing. Then it all culminates in Christs death when Pilate found no reason to kill jesus. It is explained here in Matthew 27:22-25

So the religious Jews sought to kill Jesus, they arrested him but could not give Christ the death penalty, so they go straight to Pilate so they could get Christ crucified, Pilate resisted but the Jews started getting violent demanding Pilate crucifies Christ, and then the Jews take responsibility for Christs unjust death.

I think they made him up to subjugate you. You aren't allowed to charge interest because you accept the idea that there is a supreme being who loves hebrews best and his hebrew son forbids it. Because they understand the story is false, modern day "jews" are allowed to charge interest to you though. It appears to be a diabolically ingenious and successful way to take financial control of the entire world. Islam, another hebrew child religion forbids it too.
