I have suspected there is more to it. The name was the first clue.
I think it can be argued that there is a much better way to generate electricity that has been suppressed from the humanity. If this were to be true, it makes sense to build electrical infrastructure, electric cars etc etc - all while baiting the enemy into thinking that we are allowing them to establish Green Energy based control over the world - while in fact, we are using them to build the stuff we need for a future world.
To make the case of existence of a zero point energy:
Tesla has been said to have found a way to tap into Ether and harness this energy
Einstein's general relativity theory essentially disproved the existence of Ether
Einstein's theory could not be reconciled with real world observations and hence concepts called "Dark Matter" and "Dark Energy" were introduced
Over the past few years we are seeing more and more evidence that Dark Matter is not real and is not needed for the models, and that Einstein's theory might be wrong.
I think this is the sequence we can expect:
Enemy creates a system of control using "green energy" - which essentially shuts down all cheap and efficient forms of energy. USD backed by carbon credits instead of Petro Dollar
Zero Point energy unveiled to the Humanity
Renders carbon credits useless and just like that the "Green Energy" shackles fall apart and we are living in a free world!
Existing electric infrastructure that was shoved down our throat, actualy end up become useful with this new world.
I always thought it was strange that an electric car that runs on a battery - which is direct current) should be named after Tesla (who came up with alternating current). It should have been called Edison.
IMO they are hiding the existence of the aether from us. The universe is not a ‘fabric’ of ‘space-time’ but is an ‘ocean’ of aether.
They hide it for a couple of reasons, but relevant to this post is that you can likely draw unlimited, free energy from it. I agree, once we know the trick to draw energy, probably a Tesla coil type contraption using $14 worth of metal and all of this infrastructure becomes immediately useful. No more batteries, fuel tanks, solar, or windmills. The energy is just there to use on demand.
A little off topic but I think another reason they go to such lengths to hide it is that the aether is the 4th dimension and the materium in which spiritual energies exist.
I think you are right on both counts. If an EM wave is transmitted through vacuum, for a wave to be transmitted something needs to vibrate. In case of EM, it would be electric and magnetic medium. I would think Aether is a combination of E & M.
But I am curious to see any early scientific theories regarding the nature of Aether and work from there.
That's funny! Just this morning I was listening to Gregg Braden saying that if you want to get a walkout of scientists, you just have to say the word 'ether'. They are totally opposed to that whole thing - but he's not ;)
The type of people who probably leave a jar of their farts at the charging point ready for the next like-minded gullible virtue signalling leftard to sniff.
Yes I have a hard time believing Elon Musk would actually make a colossal misjudgement like EV's, ESPECIALLY SUCH UGLY ONES. Good grief.
This just doesn't feel legit.
If I had to guess, I'd say Tesla has served its purpose as far as Musk is concerned. SpaceX is funded and off the ground. Tesla is no longer his main concern, and it may be better to have it die on the vine than become a liability.
Well, he did piss off the only people buying them anyway.
Cyber Truck still scratches that 80s sci fi itch for me and I'll always look at it with gleeful nostalgia...not that I could afford one, not that I'd want electric either.
I've seen what happens when an EV battery is compromised and it is not pretty. No thank you.
That way when you're in a collision and the power source gets punctured instead of burning to death in a lithium fire you get bombarded with neutrons and possibly contact the radioactive walls of the plasma vessel and you get to die an even more agonizing death! And yes, I'm mostly joking, the fusion reaction stops producing neutrons very very quickly once it is stopped (and presumably they'd have an acceleration sensor and perhaps some others to stop it in the even of a collision).
Everytime I see one of these smug assholes driving these I laugh. I also laugh when I see them in a parking lot plugged into a battery charger so they can charge it enough to get to the next parking lot charger.
I think it was a test to see who the stupid people are that would buy into the whole electric bullshit story.
I have suspected there is more to it. The name was the first clue.

Yeah, infact many people started digging into Tesla and started learning there was so much more to him, after Erin named the company.
Erin?
lol damn auto correct. It renamed Elon to Erin.
That's why the drive until has an inverter installed which converts DC to 3 phase electricity

I'm liking the way you think and reason! Endless energy.

Mysterious Ways

OMG Hilarious.
I can just see Mr Slave driving up to charge his Tesla.
He should build the inventions in the patent vaults. jmo
Did you see the story that the charging stations in SF are getting destroyed by people robbing the piping for the copper 🤣
And apparently the vehicle charging cables are pretty hot items too, for some reason.
Copper, gold, what ever the fancy stuff uses. Same reason.

I say part of the plan is switching to a new energy and propulsion system based on Tesla science not Edison.
Having an Edison based electrical grid is holding humanity back.
I think the cyber truck will be the next Edsel. Change my mind.
I actually like the way Edsels looked, Cyber truck, not so much.
Agreed, I'd rather have the Edsel
I'll take one when a fusion cell replaces that battery!
Solid state battery/hydrogen fuel cell hybrids will make current ev tech obsolete in the next few years.

I'd rather we go Fallout style.
It becomes a miniature nuclear bomb when damaged.
That wouldn't be a safety hazard at all!
I work at an auto auction here in the DC area and handle the Tesla Remarketing cars, trade-ins.
Every unit they send us sells every week, even the non-Tesla's, about 120 the past month, roughly 30 per week.
I will never own an EV, especially a Tesla. I hate cars you get out of and don't turn off, and hate there are no buttons, knobs or anything.
But man some of them have tremendous acceleration, I sure do enjoy a spin in them around the lot at work!
I think FREE is too much
True.
Tesla should be paying Americans $50,000 to drive their cars per year.
