Looks like the 9th Circuit court of appeals may have removed the mRNA vaccines from liability protection.

Good news.
Seems like a precipice is coming.
Fraud vitiates all contracts.
Fraud vitiates not just all contracts.
Fraud vitiates EVERYTHING.
I'm shocked that the 9th did anything correct for once
I think the 9th Circuit got a major overhaul under Trump.
Time to distribute big Pharma $$$ among victims and submit evidence that can later be used in criminal trials.
After the victims are helped, it's time to distribute big Pharma $$$ among non-victims victims. Those fuckers took money out of my pocket and food out of my children's mouths by preventing me from working without a bio-weapon/vaccine certificate.
I kept my job but the insurance company added a $1000 surcharge to my insurance for refusing to get it. That's more than what they charge smokers. This happened for two years stopping just last fall.
Time for a refund
I knew surcharges were threatened but didn’t know any were implemented. o7 for holding the line.
I forgot about that. My company was going to do that but I left that company at the end of November and the surcharge would have started in January. I would ask for the money back via a bonus (double bonus to cover the taxes.) You can gently point out it is better than being sued.
Company's in chapter 11 now as of a few weeks ago so that is pretty unlikely to happen.
Well that's a bugger.
Not to mention mandatory health insurance for diseases they caused, and collusion with insurers for decades...
I didn’t get jabbed but unjabbed are still victims from having to listen to all this bullshit for so long.
They don't have enough money to pay for the damages their crime spree has caused.
But, they do have patents that need to be made public domain. We will need to add those patent forfeitures into other monetary compensation to even begin to undo the harm to humanity those monsters have caused.
They don't have MONEY. Only promises that some greater fool will give you something for the NOTES.
Good idea.
All but the in-vaxxed. . .but then we already won.
Class actions suits are very effective. Q

You beat me to the quote!
The 9th Circuit said it's not a vaccine if the claim isn't to PREVENT THE SPREAD.
COVID shots were claimed to "reduce symptoms" and prevent hospitalization… Those claims make it a TREATMENT.
SOURCE: Dr. Jane Ruby
It was never a vaccine. It was gene therapy, and they changed the definition of vaccine because they knew damn well no one would go with gene therapy.
They were claimed to prevent the spread, we know this like the sky is blue...
It's not even a treatment. It makes people sick, sicker.
How can we sue?? Anyone know of any class action suits we can join?
Still searching. An enemy law firm provided a lawsuits map further down on their page: https://www.jacksonlewis.com/services/vaccine-mandate-litigation#:~:text=Employers%20are%20facing%20putative%20class,laws%20prohibiting%20such%20vaccine%20mandates.

Thanks for the link! Here is the plaintiff’s attorneys law firm — under “news” they share other similar cases, and as the case in this thread hoes back to trial court, it will be interesting to see the outcome. https://jwhowardattorneys.com/
Tiktok you mudafuckas
The plaintiff was fortunate, he got 2 Trump appointed judges on the 9th Circuit to hear the case. Judges Nelson and Collins = Trump appointees. (Obvious, but I will state it: the Clinton appointee dissented, Judge Hawkins). ____ page 25 in Judge Collins concurring opinion brought up ”the fundamental right to refuse medical treatment”.____ The main decision is that the plaintiff”s case ”is not moot” (p. 20). So the plaintidff gets to move forward on the basis that his fundamental right was violated
Now we know why Trump forced through so many judges in his first term. He was prepping for LAWFARE.
9th? Go figure.
Hoist by their own petard lol. Apparently couldn't screw with the definition enough to avoid being a treatment lolol
So what, next time they just change their bullshit claims to meet the court’s definition, and it’ll be perfectly legal to force it into our veins?
