James Garfield is the other presidential assassination we never are taught about. True it was after only about 200 days. He was a strong backer of putting the dollar on the gold standard, so wasn't a favorite of the bankers.

And yeah I don't recall him ever mentioned once all the way to high school. I learned about him from the History channel instead and only about his assassination really.

It is possible that McKinley really was shot by a "lone nut." Theodore Roosevelt was considered a wild card and "a traitor to his class," as a wealthy man who was a social reformer. It is hard to believe the ruling elites wanted McKinley gone, only to be replaced with Roosevelt. But who knows?
Same pattern as all the world leaders they've vilified and killed.
