Change is not going to happen overnight. And it took decades to get this bad. The Agencies will continue to do business as usual until they are forced to change and their regulations are challenged by an aggrieved party with proper standing. Federal Regulations are "promulgated" by publishing them in the Federal Register for a specific number of days (required notice and comment period) and thereafter the new regulation (in reality a law) get added to the regulation book and the Agency cites that as authority for what they do. Congress and the people have no say. (who sits around and reads the Federal Register? It's really sneaky actually). The Agency practice will not internally change until challenged in a Court of law. At which time Loper will control and the Agency will lose because Chevron is dead. But it will be one drop at a time wearing away on a very big rock.

Never underestimate a wounded or cornered animal. The deep state unelected bureaucrats will fight this using the dirty tactics of their grasp on power. Let's hope they all meet ugly, painful ends.

The Deep States narrative through their shills on social media is that this is a massive power grab. No, this is the exact opposite of that. This is removing power from the Federal Government. It's not grabbing more power for anyone. Giving people Freedom from tyranny is not grabbing power. Having power is having the ability to control people and remove their Freedom. No one's Freedom is being removed from this ruling. Unless you want to count the Federal Governments "Freedom" to stomp on your neck.

They already are saying this doesn't apply to J6 prisoners.

I agree that overturning Chevron is an enormous step in the right direction.

But it's going to take a lot of time and effort to push back the "laws" created by the whims of bureaucrats. It's going to take endless legal challenges and citizen education for these arbitrary laws and regulations to be removed.

Now, a real President like DJT can certainly help push that process along. But it's going to be a lifelong battle for all of us.

Imagine the budget savings the US Government could potentially enjoy by defunding the alphabet agencies which have no Constitutional authority to exist in the first place!!!

Smoke and mirrors! Until something is done to Constitutionally end lobbying mechanisms, nothing will fundamentally change! This will only shift the blame for un-Constitutional legislation or so called bureaucratic regulation back to Congress Critters who don't abide by the unscrupulously written Constitution anyway. Nothing has fundamentally changed.

This is actually a perfect place to highlight again my oft said statement that, "We The People are in the situation we are in BECAUSE of our Constitution, NOT INSPITE of our Constitution.

There are so many glaring problems in the loose language of our Constitution that it didn't take a scholar to see it would lead us to where we currently are. Men like Patrick Henry tried desperately to warn us of the dangers of handing over State Sovereignty to a handful of sinful men located in DC. We are so fortunate the Bill of Rights were forced as an afterthought at the behest of those true Patriots like Patrick Henry who were fundamentally against our current Constitution and called it "Masked aristocracy!"

The Supremacy Clause alone bespeaks a massive power grab on the part of those who wanted to sideline the Articles of Confederation in favor of a top-down Central Federal Government that would be Constitutionally ripe for tyranny.

As with everything, people need to apply discernment and due diligence to everything we have been taught for the last century or more! 99% of the Conservative Patriots in this country have never spent one second in research to try and understand what really went on during that first series of debates that ended with the scrapping of the Articles Of Confederation and giving us our current Constitution. All we have been taught was that we were given, "A Republic if we can keep it!"

However, the Constitution was (like the Patriot Act) waiting in the wings to be introduced in whole as soon as the Convention opened. Immediately the mandate to strengthen the AOC was "illegally" scrapped and the Federal Constitution was introduced and the debate began. Who wrote the Constitution? Where did it come from? Who was behind the surreal motivation of Alexander Hamilton?

To be clear, I am not at all saying we need to have another Constitutional Convention because the way things are, we would most certainly get something without a Bill of Rights! However, I am saying that certainly people within our community need to understand the whole truth behind what happened in 1787-88 during that first Constitutional Convention AND major amendments need to be made to our current Constitution if and when We The People actually regain some semblance of control of our Federal Government.

Never gets tiring when we are winning, winning, winning!

I've had my doubts about the SCOTUS picks, and some decisions they've made individually. I am leaning more towards thinking that they too are kayfabing 🐸 when able. Or that they are trying to avoid another 'Scalia incident'... I don't know. However, Roe V Wade and now this, the bump stock thing, few other things... Makes me feel quite comfy. My only prayer about this all is that none of them have any "higher loyalty" issues. It doesn't only apply to Israel, if you know what I mean..

I've been waiting for this since they announced they may be taking it up last year. Should have guessed it would be toward the end of Biden's term. The left would have gone nuts and tried everything to pack the court if they took Chevron up last year.

Overturn it. Burn it. Draw and quarter it. Make conditions such that it can never be reinstated in any fashion. Ever.
