Some of you believed Dr. Ardis, and some thought he was a foolish grifter
But we drilled down on some of the covid research and covid did have a molecular binding domain that mimicked the action of venoms from a water snake in asia...so Ardis was right about some of it. And this binding site to human chemical receptor acted as a semi irreversible antagonist and the one specifically (i think it was a Nicotinic acetylcholine receptors, or nAChR) was involved in and primary to olfaction, and that might have been why covid and/or the injections caused people to lose their sense of smell temporarily
some of you say covid doesn't exist but I was hit with something that knocked out my sense of smell for a month, and no 'cold' or 'flu' ever did this before
Well, you may not have been afflicted with a cold or flu (which can also have similar symptoms to a sinus infection and therefore be misdiagnosed) but there is a lot of literature dating back decades about it. There's even an article from 2016 that references the loss of taste and smell from conditions such as the common cold.
I am not in the camp that says it's fake, but I am in the camp that says it was overblown and the vast majority of cases where this happened were colds, flu or sinus infection.
Whatever hit me, hit me harder than anything in 30 yrs. And it hit twice (same time, one year apart)
I am still willing to concede that I don't know if it was a virus or if I was poisoned through food or thorugh the air. Something hit me and I was so sick I considered going to the hospital. I was afraid of the hospital though....so a lot of calculus was happening, like 'advanced directives', 'living will', 'will'...seriously.
This was march 2021 and 2022, iirc...my parents just came back from a trip to new zealand, and they got out of that country by the skin of their teeth (just before NZ lockdown). I think my stepmom brought something back with her and I got it.
I am unvaccinated
I took basically everything in my house and I'm someone who takes a lot of supplements. I haven't had a 'flu' or 'bad cold' or any other sickness in about 7 yrs. That's just good diet, supplements. I figured out a stack that is a glutathione stack; and another stack that contains all the most efficacious against pathogens (sp. viruses) dietary phytochemicals (specifcally polyphenols)... and usually this does it.
This time, I managed to make it to tractor supply and get ivermectin for horses and took it and I was better by the next day; and then by the 3rd day I was 95% back to normal, but I had lost my sense of smell and taste for a month. Coffee tasted like cardboard, pineapple juice tasted like bland sugar syrup, coconut had no smell, couldn't smell coconut (one of my fav smells) for an entire month and it still really hasn't come all the way back.
If this was released by an entity, I want them to pay. That's bioterrorism. Attacking and suppressing an entire human SENSE is bioterrorism
Ardis is such a mixed bag, saying very true thigs and then crappy ones.
Only because the media drilled it into your head nonstop.
No. I actually got extremely sick (2 times). First time in 7 yrs
I am the least susceptible to media and I don't watch it. I get my news from you guys and we've always been questioning this. My first instinct was that it was a false flag
I lost my sense of taste and smell for 2 weeks. I have never once in my life experienced a complete lack of taste or smell before.
Imagine paying extra for a drug because you can't control yourself.
Fasting is free.
Free.
Free free free.
Agreed. http://archive.today/2024.07.08-100822/https://www.theepochtimes.com/health/intermittent-fasting-outperforms-diabetes-drugs-in-new-study-5672138
Link above from Epoch times archive.is--study shows intermittent fasting outperforms diabetes medication. Also, they lost a total of 21lbs average from the intermittent fasting in comparison to about 12lbs with diabetes medicine.
Dr. Jason Fung, author of the Obesity Code and the Diabetes Code, talks about how to permanently get rid of obesity and diabetes. He incorporates intermittent fasting.
I've done extended fasts, two weeks at a time with no food. It is free, you save a ton of money, you lose a bunch of weight, you gain a ton of energy, and you have so much more time to pray and reflect on life. So much of your time is spent on eating, obtaining, and cooking food. I gained hours of my life daily by simply not eating. And yes, I did lose a bunch of weight, about 60lbs total from fasting cumulatively over the years.
Your body, does what it can to keep itself in balance; but as someone who was morbidly obese 5 years ago, drugs like these - were very helpful to a great many people not only lose weight, but re-adjust their body to the new weight. No surgery - but saw a MD and had regularly scheduled blood tests - I'm talking 17 vials to monitor liver, kidney, testosterone, and many other hormone levels.
85 lbs down, and those dropped in the first year. The last 20 lbs have taken 2 years; but I'm off the injections and the weight is slowly dropping down to my goal of 195lbs. The change is not designed to be a temporary diet, it's not for those who are 20-30 lbs overweight. It's for those who are DIABETIC, and morbidly obese. Nobody wants to be 315lbs. And once there, and diabetic - things are difficult. Given a choice of being on a reptile venom for a few years; or being dead - it's your call. And I would expect you respect their choice, as they respect yours. Intermittent Fasting is a great way to drop the last bit, but I think you would be hard pressed to find anyone who can drop that when they are morbidly obese (you are starving all the time) - it takes a lot of calories just to maintain that weight - and your hormone levels are out of control.
First, you get those hormones into line; and the weight will come off fast. You don't want it to come off too fast; as you need your skin to shrink as well - so you don't have lose skin that will require surgical steps - painful and expensive. At 230 and with intermittent fasting, the skin connective tissue remains, while the fat is consumed. I give a great deal of credit to the MD, who checks in on diet, blood work, and strategies every 4-6 weeks. Time and effort worth every penny. Again, this is year #6 of slowly dropping; this isn't a yo-yo diet.
Hi, I lost 90lbs on my own. I did see a weight loss nutritionist who very half-assedly in 2016 tried to put me on a keto diet, knowing it was going to fail because she didn't give me all the facts to be successful. She tried to convince me to get my stomach stapled. I said no. Then I started my weight loss journey. It has taken me 5 years also, heaviest at 240lbs (which doesn't seem like a lot, but I am really short) now down to 143lbs, and I had a pregnancy in that time frame. I did do extended fasts of no eating for two weeks multiple times before I got pregnant. This helped the most and I had the most energy during those times.
Maybe taking semaglutides is a good idea for some; I argue not, because if you look at all the risks of it, is it really worth it? I've almost lost two good people in my life to ozimpec and wegovy side effects. One is almost all recovered, but the other is still not doing very well and might need surgery due to stomach blockages.
Also, this class of medications is available to ALL, not just diabetics.
I personally think crack cocaine would be safer than Ozimpec or Wegovy, especially if it "were monitored by a doctor". Why don't they use safer drugs for weight loss assistance? I think the main side effects of crack cocaine is selling magazines and smoking cheese. Good drugs make your dick small. Bad drugs cause stomach necrosis.
I personally know a doctor who was, until these past few months, was pro-Covid shots. He was against semaglutides from the get-go, but all in for the mRNA death shots. He still refuses to prescribe semaglutides.
I'm not saying anything negatively towards you and your weight loss journey; congratulations. What I am saying is that your argument that it is impossible to lose weight on their own, without any medical assistance, is not true. Also, you have some facts wrong regarding losing weight.
If you want to get rid of your diabetes permanently, I suggest you look at Dr. Jason Fung's book, the Diabetes Code, and for weight loss, his book, the Obesity Code. He tells you how to get rid of both issues without drugs via diet and fasting.
I'm living proof that it does work, and it has helped many others.
Isn't it amazing how getting the facts, makes a difference? Those 17 vials of blood were explained to me, in layman's terms. I am not medically trained, but the cause and effect were explained to me, in such a way as it made sense.
Then, knowing that the weight didn't come on all at once; it was impractical to expect it to come off. But cutting carbs was easier than I had imagined. Being a steak and potatoes guy - learning to use Cauliflower in the Instant Pot, then adding cream cheese, butter and pepper - that we made was as good, or better than mashed potatoes. And best of all - I wasn't starving all the time.
Going ot look at Dr. Jason Fung's book, as you suggest. We are fighting a huge sugar industry - and the damage they have done to all of us, has but one punishment. And congratulations on the weight loss. It's not easy but being able to buy "normal" clothes again, being able to walk without being exhausted - it's so worth it.
My MD was against the vaccine and signed my medical exemption. He is based, and I sent 4 co-workers to see him. It's hard to find a based MD, who is truly more interested in their patient's health, than cash. They are rare, but they do exist..
Wishing you the best on your health journey--the fun part of it is learning how to thrive in a creative way. Cooking is my favorite thing to do now, because I create all these great flavors in the kitchen. My cooking is way yummier than all the junk fast food out there and convenient "healthy" meals I was eating when I was morbidly obese. I agree with you--it is great being a normal and healthy weight, and not to have so much aches and pains and all the difficulties that come with being morbidly obese. You're right--it is extremely tiring to just walk around. Cheers!
This is how I lost the “baby weight”. Nothing crazy, just limited overeating, bumped protein and did some light workouts. I’m down 30 pounds since Feb (:
I always remember a 90's drug called Phen-Phen...then I remember 00's and the late night legal ads...did you or a loved one...it did seem to work but destroyed people's heart valves...so I hope folks really will think about avoiding it.
I would argue that the subject here is far more nuanced than this.
As for Ozempic, I would advise caution to anyone considering it for two (imo) good reasons:
-Big pharma is not to be trusted
-There's no long term safety data on the drug
-Bonus third reason(!): You're not going to feel good about weight loss and keep the weight off unless you EARN it. That means exercise and eating well.
That being said, peptides are just amino acid chains. There's a ton of novel peptides to be found in natural toxins, many with unique/useful properties. The fact that a component of the drug comes from a Gila Monster peptide is far less concerning to me than idiot scientists playing god with gene therapies that they barely understand (the Jab).
Mother Nature has build some truly amazing compounds, including some very useful peptides in natural venoms. There are TONS of great peptide therapies out there, many of which were derived from natural animal sources. Obviously, the usual cautions apply with any drug, peptides included.
This vile drug has a black box warning label stating it will cause thyroid cancer. It will also cause gallstones, pacreatitis, retinopathy, and paralysis of your digestive system. It causes extreme fatigue in over 80% of its users, which makes sense, considering you're being poisoned by the toxins from the Gila lizard, which causes paralysis of the digestive system. Long term effects include illeus and the need for emergency surgery for intestinal blockages. There is nothing good about this drug class, and there is enough data to show that long-term effects are not positive. Ozimpec has been around since 2017.
The concerning thing is that the government is now offering these weight loss and diabetic medications through medicare. Its like big pharma took all the money they pumped into the covid shots and are now pumping it into this new venom to promote weight loss.
You will see a lot of people get sick quickly. Personal story--I had to save one of our patients from ozimpec abuse recently. Patient is still suffering from long term effects, and was only on ozimpec for 6 months. When I accompanied patient to patient's fourth ER visit for stomach pain, nausea, and vomiting, I finally got the ER doc to convince her to stop ozimpec cold turkey. Patient was afraid of stopping cold turkey because of fears of gaining weight, but patient later told me that the initial weight loss was 30lbs and then patient gained 50lbs total, for a net gain of 20lbs after starting ozimpec for diabetes type 1. Patient was also suffering from extreme suicidal ideation after each weekly ozimpec injection, which is also a notable side effect from ozimpec that the FDA has been investigating.
This drug will end up killing a lot of people long-term, slowly making them sick and paralyzing their organs, while the medical monster sucks up their life energy, looshing off their pain and suffering, and taking away their well-being and finances while they try to cope with their envenomation, paralysis, and long-term effects.
You're right there is a lot of nuance, but the drug isn't even for this purpose and should not have had all sorts of media advertising as such.
I don't think earning it really has a point for getting the weight off and keeping it off; Ozempic doesn't just make the weight disappear after all. Calories are ultimately stored energy, and that has to go somewhere and it takes time.
For many people, losing the weight on its own can give them the motivation to make those changes no matter how they get there, because they feel like it is a second chance.
The problem is that the "shortcuts" to losing weight all bring pretty terrible repercussions over time, and that's why prescription drugs should not be used for its purpose.
But I certainly wouldn't ever say that the problem is that they didn't earn it and therefore wouldn't appreciate the opportunities that are available for being slimmer.
You still have to earn it though.
Semaglutide is not a miracle drug that lets you magically lose weight without any lifestyle changes.
You still have to eat less and exercise more.
I’m still ambitious though, but claiming it’s a “free ride” to weight loss, is imho BS.
Avoid this poisonous trash. See my other comment. No good will come out of this. https://www.fda.gov/news-events/press-announcements/fda-approves-new-drug-treatment-chronic-weight-management-first-2014
The largest placebo-controlled trial enrolled adults without diabetes. The average age at the start of the trial was 46 years and 74% of patients were female. The average body weight was 231 pounds (105 kg) and average BMI was 38 kg/m2. Individuals who received Wegovy lost an average of 12.4% of their initial body weight compared to individuals who received placebo. Another trial enrolled adults with type 2 diabetes. The average age was 55 years and 51% were female. The average body weight was 220 pounds (100 kg) and average BMI was 36 kg/m2. In this trial, individuals who received Wegovy lost 6.2% of their initial body weight compared to those who received placebo.
The most common side effects of Wegovy include nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, abdominal (stomach) pain, headache, fatigue, dyspepsia (indigestion), dizziness, abdominal distension, eructation (belching), hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) in patients with type 2 diabetes, flatulence (gas buildup), gastroenteritis (an intestinal infection) and gastroesophageal reflux disease (a type of digestive disorder).
The prescribing information for Wegovy contains a boxed warning to inform healthcare professionals and patients about the potential risk of thyroid C-cell tumors. Wegovy should not be used in patients with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or in patients with a rare condition called Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2).
Wegovy should not be used in patients with a history of severe allergic reactions to semaglutide or any of the other components of Wegovy. Patients should stop Wegovy immediately and seek medical help if a severe allergic reaction is suspected. Wegovy also contains warnings for inflammation of the pancreas (pancreatitis), gallbladder problems (including gallstones), low blood sugar, acute kidney injury, diabetic retinopathy (damage to the eye's retina), increased heart rate and suicidal behavior or thinking. Patients should discuss with their healthcare professional if they have symptoms of pancreatitis or gallstones. If Wegovy is used with insulin or a substance that causes insulin secretion, patients should speak to their health care provider about potentially lowering the dose of insulin or the insulin-inducing drug to reduce the risk of low blood sugar. Healthcare providers should monitor patients with kidney disease, diabetic retinopathy and depression or suicidal behaviors or thoughts.
I'm having a difficult time understanding the popularity of injectable drugs. You would thing after the past couple of years people would be more suspicious of delivery mechanisms that bypass all of the body's defenses, but no.
NO. KIDDING.
If I were prescribed a self-injection drug, that very first dose would be a nightmare. I'd bust into a full body sweat and I would have great difficulty doing it.
And that's because subconsciously, I know that its wrong. Wrong as in incorrect but also wrong as in immoral. I'm crossing some kind of taboo boundary and my subconscious is trying to help me not make a mistake.
I am not afraid of injections at all, but asking ME to do it to MYSELF. (or someone else).... that's a hard pass
What is hilarious to me, is a doctor that makes a boat load of money selling this stuff laughed at me for using a PEMF mat. Keep injecting yourself and your patients with that garbage buddy!
Excellent post, I have been warning against ozempic and similar drug for months.
Secret ozempig user
I personally have lost 90lbs of weight over the past five years. I did it in a healthy way. Also, I had a pregnancy during that time, so my weight fluctuated throughout the process, but the difference from my heaviest weight and lowest weight now is 90lbs. I did multiple extended fasts, but what really sky rocketed my final phase of weight loss was reducing toxin exposure, neutralizing toxins with nicotine patches, and keeping my detoxification pathways clear. I lead the opposite of an active lifestyle due to living in an unsafe environment, so my kids and I don't go outside to play. We just eat really healthy foods and are constantly detoxing. My health is better than ever.
I never did a carnivore diet, but I did do paleo unsuccessfully and keto successfully. The Whole 30 elimination diet was helpful too. The extended fasts were most helpful, spiritually and emotionally, but I haven't been able to do one since my pregnancy a few years ago.
It is possible to lose weight without surgery or medications. It is possible to retrain your thinking to get away from a sugar addiction based diet. It takes prayer, will power, and a lot of education. It is hard work. It takes some real self-doubting and self-analysis. As you can imagine, even not eating for an extended period of time, which in theory is really simple, is really, really difficult.
Other members on this account have successfully lost weight too--one did a paleo diet. I'll contact him and see if he has the time to come on and share his story. Another did an Ayurvedic diet and lost a ton of weight (too much, in my opinion).
Just take a lot of potassium --- like potassium citrate
several potassium/obesity connection articles here
https://communities.win/c/Potassium
Nice collection. The majority of the US is salt deficient too....and it is necessary and healthy for you to consume real salt. That's why before the doctor even evaluates any patient in an ER, the patient automatically gets at least 1L of NS normal saline. It resolves the majority of the issues the person came in to the ER for, and it makes all baseline issues and blood chemistry better.
You need more potassium than sodium.
I'm glad there's someone else here that understands how important potasssium is
Whenever I have a recipe with salt, I try to convert the salt requirement to the ratio of 1 part salt to 2 parts 'nusalt' (potassium chloride). This ratio has enough sodium salt that it doesn't taste too strange to my palate. Just nusalt tastes weird / undesirious.
Try potassium citrate
If you are eating typical process food ---- no ----- hell no ---- way tooo much salt..
Nature doesn't provide us with pre-salted food.
If you're going to quote me, use the entire quote.
Also, I mentioned REAL salt. You think processed foods use real salts? Salts that are healthy for you and bioavailable, not filled with micro-plastics? If you do believe that, I've got a box of cheerios for you with real iron filings in it that you might enjoy.
Too much sodium ------ not enough potassium
There's no free lunch....
snake oil for sure
