I had so many arguments with the desperately obedient fools about how a state's department of public health is not a law-making body. They do have the ability to pressure state lawmakers into creating laws based on their recommendations by that never happened in any state.
At that point 'mandate' meant little more than a recommendation.
We have known that many of the States Attorneys/DA offices, and U.S. Attorneys offices, were riddled with commies, now we are learning it is the same case with the bench.
If the benefits are not guaranteed, then why the hell would we continue to pay for them? What are they going to do when millions of American households stop paying taxes?
First of all, the Constitution does not grant that power to government, period. Second, her ruling goes against a primary foundational principle of our Constitutional Republic. That is government being created to protect our inalienable natural rights to life, liberty, property, and the pursuit of happiness. Government is our servant, not our sovereign. We are sovereign over our government.
