" " " I've been following GAW ever since The_Donald days on reddit that started back in 2015 but never created an account here before.
I just created an account simply to post to this thread. I'm a rather strong 43 y/o who works out 4-5 days a week involving 60 mins cardio + 30-45 weight training per session. I have my vices: alcohol and cigarettes when drinking. This is usually x2 a week. I do have an honest 20 lbs to lose to be self-considered "fit".
About 4 weeks ago before starting this whole vitamin C/lysine jazz, my blood pressure was 120-125/75-80.
After 4 weeks on this program (and not changing a single damn thing about my diet, my vices, my sleep habits, my exercise habits), my blood pressure is now down to 105/65.
So to the person who started this thread, THANK YOU. I have quite some friends and family to share this information with now that I have firsthand experience. " " "
You started something good here. Anytime I hear something supportive of yours and any others good advice I'll share it. There are a bunch of really effective and inexpensive ways to improve health.
I’ve been taking the vitamin c and lysine since reading the post. I did the recommended dosage and attempted to do the schedule at first, and did so for about three weeks. Since then, I’ve dropped to an uneven schedule, averaging 3000 vitamin c and same of lysine daily. I plan to do this daily, although not on an empty stomach as recommended, for the next few months until I get my next blood check. I hope it shows improvement.
I used to feel my heartbeat physically in the center of my chest (just under the ribs) and since buying some Camu Camu berries powder (contains insane amount of Vitamin C) that palpable heart beat feeling has completely gone away.
It kinda freaked me out at first, like "did it start beating weaker than before"??
Or maybe it's finally got what it needs to beat healthy
I bet the vit C is helping in that way you need it to. I've been taking the acerola cherry variety. It's amazing how much it does in our bodies. God bless you with good health moving forward.
I read most of this article because my last physical over a year ago showed mildly diminished kidney function. E-gfr of 58. I wanted to try John's lysine vitamin c protocol, but read somewhere that lysine was rough on kidneys. I've been taking for about 10 days supplemental l-citrulline. Now it seems like excessive arginine/NO from the citrulline is a problem. So confused. Anybody have any recommendations or additional sources? I'd greatly appreciate the help.
I did the month regiment after Johns first post. Better endurance and blood pressure is considerably lower. I am going to try to loose weight (need to shake 30# off) and hopefully get off all blood pressure meds and off Cholesterol meds forever. Next blood test is in Feb next year.
No heart attack, but heart muscle was under stress releasing enzymes that indicates an issue. Maybe something new will materialize tomorrow. The pipes were squeaky clean. Amazing.
No Heart attack. They never found anything and discharged him. There are other reasons for high troponins, the enzyme, but coupled with chest pain... generally indicates cardiac distress/blockages and heart attack. But this guy had squeaky clean arteries.
Thanks to u/JohnTitor17, I learned about this about six weeks ago. It helped me a great deal after only two weeks. This is real.
Here's one of his posts... https://greatawakening.win/p/17te58eVdc/icymi--how-i-completely-cleared-/
Oh yeah. Been taking myself.

That's great to hear u/chachi !!!
I'm sure a lot of us would love to hear any nurse/doctors opinion that has actually witnessed it.
Thanks u/The3rdKey for linking the post!

It sounds like a reasonable plan. This protocol is probably something we could cycle on and off of and still have very good results.
The biggest thread on here is on this very topic.
I printed it out and share it. .

Almost like good food could be our medicine.

God bless you with strength and endurance.

Excellent. Good medicine can be so simple.
So what was the chest pain?
I'm waiting to find out. This happened yesterday. I'll let you know asap.
Docs still don't know what caused the chest pain. Probably gas pain or something harmless that doesn't show on tests.
Alright, thanks.
No heart attack, but heart muscle was under stress releasing enzymes that indicates an issue. Maybe something new will materialize tomorrow. The pipes were squeaky clean. Amazing.
Interesting. I have never heard of enzymes causing or indicating an issue. Fascinating. If you find out more, please let us know! Thanks, fren.

So interesting! Thanks for the update. Glad he's okay.
Yay! This is the way.
No doubt.
