I wrote this to Trump, and mailed it this morning. I am hoping some of his lurkers on here will see it and get this message to him.
I am feeling humbled and blessed in these times. Afraid and hopeful. I feel strong, and I feel weak. I trust in God, but struggle with faith. I find myself seeing "them" as more powerful than us because they have conditioned me to believe this. These times are a conundrum.
Dear President Trump,
I was handwriting you a letter, but my penmanship was so messy, I decided to type instead.
What you are enduring is nothing short of shocking. You truly are the strongest human being I have ever witnessed to withstand the continuous assaults from all sides.
Every aspect of you is being attacked, your character, your wealth, your family, your business, your presidency, and your life. I hope you take comfort knowing millions pray for you daily.
The last few years it feels as if I have been walking through mud. This sort of numb despondency inside my brain and soul.
The little things I notice more than the big things. We all know the gas and grocery prices, but it is that in the minutia that has more of an effect on me. Squeezing my non fluoride toothpaste to the last possible ounce, and then cutting it open to scrape all possible remnants. Conserving butter and saving the wrappers in the refrigerator so I can use them to grease my baking pans.
I make a decent wage, most likely above the national average. 70k a year. I have had to pick up a second job working at wedding venues, serving and washing dishes, so I have some extra money to live.
It is near impossible to save. Everything from property taxes, which are ridiculous in WI, to electricity, propane, simple services like my dog’s vet bills are through the roof.
Going to the hair salon was a necessity of my past, now it is a luxury. I haven’t had a pedicure in over a year. These may seem silly, but many women like me, like taking care of ourselves, and understand it is a part of being a woman. We feel good when we do this. Those days are gone. For now.
I think of my grandma and what she endured in her lifetime. She was so frugal and wise. All the wars, the great depression, she would often say when I was wasteful “willful waste makes woeful want.” I understand this now, and it humbles me.
The summer no longer feels like summer. The excitement of travel, camping trips, swimming at the lake, is no longer financially feasible. Some still do it but are going into debt to do so.
We are living to work, and not working to live. We are stuck in survival mode, and what of our lives have any meaning anymore? Work all your life and die broke? This is intentional.
The joy and comfort I find now is not on the material, but on the understanding that I am blessed to have a roof over my head.
There are blessings in hard times. The repulsiveness of materialism. This is a good thing. The appreciation of a car that works and is dependable.
I am grateful I have jobs. I am grateful I have a car. I am grateful I am a good cook and can make some decent dishes from few ingredients.
What worries me at night is if the communists fully rise to power worldwide.
The discomforts of now will become the comforts of past.
I don’t have your stamina, President Trump. But I do share your strength. My life’s trials and tribulations have strengthened me. Even though I am sad, even though I am tired, even though I am afraid, I embody the spirit and strength of our founding fathers.
We are a nation that is blessed by God. We have allowed our leaders to infiltrate evil in every aspect of our lives. We are a nation born of diverse cultures who shared one common familial trait. “The desire to be an American.” Old world cultures and prejudices took a backseat in this country. The pride in saying “I live in America, the land of the free, and the home of the brave. I am American.”
Long live America. May God continue to richly bless her and keep her free.
God Bless You President Trump
All my love to you from a fellow American,
Time Capsules. Letters like this, items saved over the past few years, e-mails from relatives that mock you for not getting the jab, favorite memes, data reports, print them all up and make a time capsule. Future generations need to see exactly how bad things were and how everyone was so misled over such a long time so they don't repeat these mistakes.
This is excellent advice. We need to record current history for future generations.
Beautifully heartfelt letter. I hope you get a signed response you can save for your heirs. What a great thing that would be!
Well done.
That's a beautiful letter. You speak for so many of us here.
Thanks fren.
Well said.
A stirring letter. Bless you Calan! 🙏🤍
You eloquently spoke from the heart. You have a true gift expressing what is in your heart. Thank you for sharing your letter.
Very well done and said (written). I hope it reaches him. Your words speak for thousands if not MILLIONS of Americans feeling the same.
If it's not too much trouble, pls keep us posted if you do hear a response. We would all love to hear it.
Thank you. I hope I do hear from him too. I will for sure let you know.
Amen and Amen!
Dear GOD, Thank you for Donald Trump, please bless him, his family.
Very nice fern..........
Well written fren. As I'm sure you already know, you are not alone in the sentiment of your words and the sacrifices you've made.
Fren, thank you, yes, I am not alone in my suffering.
I tell President Trump these things because he is suffering in ways we can't imagine, yet we suffer in ways he can't imagine. And we suffer as ONE against the communists attempt at world domination.
Where I feel alone in is in my quiet observations of the subtle changes.
We here are deep thinkers and I think we suffer with our knowledge. I don't know how I would feel comfort in these times without my frens here.
I love all of you.
“we suffer with our knowledge”
I agree. Awakening to discover evil in this world has robbed us our God given innocence.
Beautifully penned honesty.
Great letter, thank you for sharing!
A powerful letter!
Thank you for writing this, I do hope President Trump sees it!
This.
You did a wonderful job of writing about our hard truths. One small reminder - for those on fixed incomes (40% of those on Social Security which averages about $1,200 a month have no other income) the scrimping and worrying are worse.
AMEN!
Trump is only a man. Man as in person. All those here and especially those from the beginning of Q who have the ability should go into local politics with God.
The free part I have questioned for sometime. If we are so free how come 99.9 percent of people and politicians do not even know the 1st Amendment? Then the 99.9 percent who claim they know the first do not know the 1st.
I speak to the most conservative people who are clueless to number 1 and some are Christians and I am not judging them. I ask them not to mock them but to show them.
For USA to survive we need those as you.
Yet a democrat will know more about the 1st amendment than the Republican and both fail.
The conservative will walk into a building they pay for and read a sign on the wall and say - yep that is a law. We get what we deserve and until that is both seen and acknowledged- we are not free. We are mostly made up a false sense of security by licking boots who only live to rule-not serve.
Yes. I agree with you. I went to a debate to see the men running for the 8th congressional district. Mike Gallagher was the traitor who left in April.
It was a so sad. 2 have been in politics, and the other a retired business man endorsed by Trump but still unimpressive. It was a week after Trump was shot and they made no mention.
The people in the room were retired country club types. They smiled and nodded at the talking points of abortion, taxes, 2nd amendment. I was incredulous. The whole room was asleep and I wanted to scream “what about the communists that are running everything?!” They must have sensed my energy because they refused to call on me.
I eyeballed the Rhino as he spewed his talking points like he just graduated from political high. He took a sip of his water and stared back at me. He knew, that I knew the truth of who he really is.
Freedom? When has man in the history of our world been free?
Maybe we weren’t meant to be. At least not on this plane.
God IS our pathway. Thank you OP
Living to work.
Sweat of the brow, one of the first cabal lies.
Thanks for sharing. You expressed how many of us feel - it's quite often a rollercoaster of emotions.
Kash spelled things out in this short video. He didn't say what we wanted to hear, but what we needed to hear. Take it for what it's worth:

Spot on. Thank you
Wonderfully said
Beautiful letter. I share your concerns too. They keep me awake. And then I pray and surrender America and our courageous President DJT to Jesus. He gives me the peace I need to get thru this craziness.
I'm with you and can relate to your every written word.
Thank you for putting to pen what so many are struggling with and feeling. And thank you for sending it.
God, protect our President Trump
"The last few years it feels as if I have been walking through mud." Amen, sister. I feel the same. This is a beautiful letter, and I hope Trump reads it.
I got choked up. Beautiful letter.
Awe. I’m with you! There is comfort in walking in the rain together. 🥰
Done :-)
I have written him twice, and twice have received personal responses. In my last letter, I proposed changes to the VA system and our SOFA (Status of Forces Agreement) with Japan, then had AI concoct a sample Executive Order - I did not wish to lay another problem at his feet without offering some solutions to consider. The subject was Agent Orange stored and used on the island of Okinawa.
Since I cannot post an image of the letter of his latest reply (sent from Mara Lago) I will simply quote some of the salient parts.
"The strength of our country lies in the spirit of the American people and their willingness to get involved.
The commitment to duty and the professionalism with which you have served is part of the outstanding legacy of our military service members.
May God continue to bless you and your wonderful wife."
I had briefly mentioned my Air Force bride, and the response told me someone was paying attention. Even if it was written by a staff member and signed with an autopen, it hangs alongside his other letter in my home office. His signature bled through the backside of the stationary, so I'm going to say he probably signed it himself. Besides a small collection of small arms, It is one of the coolest items I own.
This is inspiring. I think many of us feel a personal connection to him because he is so relatable. He really gets it. I see in his words to you that we have a responsibility as Americans to take action. He depends on us.
Gee I am in Oz. Stunned to see its getting this bad over there. Such a rich country, wants for nothing re the inputs of having the basic necessities of life and to see this is sobering. Same is happening here but I am far removed from it and live a comfortable life at this point.
Hang in there its always darkest before the dawn and what don't kill you, make you more strong.
Thank you.
