The answer to your points depends on the definition of a “last minute” schedule change for a person being protected by the Secret Service. Especially one who already had one attempt on his life.

This is what I think happened: if I'm not mistaken, Hannity was supposed to meet up with trump, that was scheduled, then Hannity cancels for whatever reason. Trump with an open schedule now decides to go golf. Shooter is hanging out in the bushes for what, 12 hours only to be caught by an ss agent doing his job 1 hole ahead of trump. Shooter fails to take the shot cause he didn't have trump in his sights, runs off. 2-0 Trump. Had trump had his meetup with Hannity, would they play golf? Why was the leftist on the grounds for 12 or so hours? Was nobody playing golf the whole morning? Were the maintenance ppl not around? Still more to the story at the moment.
