If you go full carnivore diet you wouldn't need any coke or other soda products. Plus you would get healthy. How would waking up with no aches and pains sound? How about getting rid of snoring? Brain fog would be gone. Plus, you can eat as much meat as you can tolerate. Eat a steak and in a couple of hours you are hungry again? Well eat another steak! It's a great way to feel better and a lot of medical conditions will be eliminated. Just ponder the possibilities of how this one simple diet could improve you life.

I guess, but the can goes in the trash after it's used. We regularly get crucifixes from an Indian charity and I am not Catholic but feel strongly about not throwing them away. So they are in many drawers at my house.

If you are comfortable with the coke can, that's up to you. It's not a cross in a bottle of urine, and I of course give you your conscience. Mine makes me uncomfortable with it. I think I would have trouble disposing of a t-shirt with His name on it or using it as a rag.

So, where societies have very limited carbohydrate intake the people are generally skinny, like the Massai in Africa or the bedoins in the middle east deserts. Those folks are darn near anorexic. Now look at the tubs of flesh visiting the local Walmarts in America. How are they so different? Well, American diet is strongly centered around carbs whereas the hinterland of the world live on animals. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that Americans retain carbs as excess weight and since the Massai don't eat nearly as many carbs as Americans , they are painfully skinny.
