I live abroad on assignment and I've seen things floating around like this too. The democrats also run a page to get help people abroad their absentee ballot. I had started filling in their form and then saw who was running the site and full stop deleted everything. I haven't seen a republican site similar and just reached out to the registrar for where my US address is.
I don't understand still why I can't go vote in person at my local embassy with my US identification and state registration.

It doesn't say that you can submit you ballot electronically.
It says you can get a ballot emailed to you.
You would then print out a physical copy of your ballot, fill it out, and then send it back however you're supposed to.
I wish people would stop just posting screen grabs, and give a link to the thing they're posting about. I think there is a lot of unneeded confusion because of this.

It makes sense. To help climate change we should stop using paper as much as possible. We should stop using energy to drive to a voting booth.
The very beginning of climate change was to change the climate of this world into a NWO of one ruler. This ruler is Satan itself. Yet the lower ranks of each countries fellow citizens in large part will always mock this notion. Yet mocking is what they want.
I really do not know how to fix anything I see. It is all out of my control. It is like watching another planet being destroyed by another planet. It is a slow process and while the planets start to get closer will see more evidence of earth quakes and such. Until the inevitable.
