I'm really careful and get around the censorship. It was only during the covid nonsense that I started getting social media strikes. There was a strike (7 day ban) on fb from a post that I did 6 months prior. Best thing that happened. I only go onto fb to check my messages now. fb destroyed it's own platform.
I post things that you would think would get you in trouble all the time and Ive never heard anything. I only have about 500 followers though.
Same here, even though I got way less followers than you, I still got my main account of 11 years, banned again after a few months since its reinstatement and all I did was agreeing to Musk's comment about pedophiles being bad and toxic. I knew I was on thin ice when I got my account back, so I had to be careful with what I said, so I used "p3d0s", yet I got banned.
I tried appealing it over 30 times and I keep getting the same canned message over and over, which clearly indicates that they're not paying attention to the mailbox. Their response arrived as soon as I submitted my appeal.
I have a throwaway account that I don't care what happens to it, but so far I've got flagged for offensive comments three times and put in "jail" for 11 hours each time. One of it was cuz I said "trannies", another for saying, "faggot" and the last one I forgot what.
That's why I don't think it's 100% true freedom of speech, it's less restrictive than Facebook, Reddit and others but still I want 100%. We deserve 100% freedom.
And unlike this guy, we never burn our spinach puffs.

On another note: My friend’s studio in the art district was completely submerged (all of them were) and his house, but zero information about bodies being left untouched/not bagged and removed. One claim regards Hendersonville NC (on TruthSocial) but nothing else posted by anyone else yet.
I spent last weekend gathering my family that fled Asheville from Charlotte. They showed me pictures of what happened, it's awful.
They lived on a hillside in three cabins. All three cabins were heavily damaged and the road leading up to them was completely destroyed. They had to hike three miles through muddy woods with a few elderly and two dogs to get to a main road. They managed to get a rental uhaul truck and pile everyone inside and drive to Charlotte where they couldn't even find a hotel or air bnb thing. They paid some random guy $200 to let them camp in his backyard for a few days and use his water and bathrooms.
My nephew took pictures the whole time and there were huge parts of roads missing and gigantic landslides all over the place. All of them described it as biblical destruction.
I was shocked how much worse it was than I'd seen on the news.
