Hope his plans include removing property taxes as well, I know its at the state level.
Once we get back alloidal titles, property taxes won't apply.
I think you meant "allodial" which means "free from the tenurial rights of a feudal overlord." Not a common word, I would've misspelled it too, and looking it up pointed me to this.
Tenurial, in turn, is derived from tenure, which means "the act, right, manner, or term of holding something (such as a landed property, a position, or an office)."
In other words, making it so we the people, not the State, own our land.
It astounds me how many people will fight you about trying to own your land and labor outright.
The slave brainwashing is strong.
“But who would build the roads?”
“Are you so retarded that you don’t know where the taxes for those roads are even collected?”
(Yes.)
It's a massive, ingenious slave system they created.
What makes the best slave?
One that does not know that it is a slave.
This infuriates me TO NO END. I worked my ass off for 35+ years (alongside my wife) and we JUST paid off our home 2 years ago. And still, they ass-rape more and more each year with property taxes. This must stop.
It's truly amazing.
My current rural property tax breakdown (and the total bill equals per month about the same amount our [very conservative] mortgage was, up till about 17 years ago):
Schools 40%
State 21%
Fire dist 20%
County 8%
County roads 7%
Paramedic 3%
Library 2%
Other state 1%
These are all permastate budgets/workers/managers. The only time they come into our rural communities is to harass us for whatever they can get away with.
The "county roads" item isn't building roads...it's running the frost and snow trucks, when we need that...maybe. Probably also running those hideous machines that turn our lovely green roadsides into explosions of destroyed vegetation up to 15 or more feet from the ground.
This is nothing other than a scheme to use constantly inflated property valuations to redistribute increasing amounts of homeowners' income to those who produce NOTHING...but more opportunities for redistribution. It sustains an enormous cadre of government employees who exist for no other reason than to punish the productive and deliver votes to the permastate.
Then there's all the other government taxes we pay, as you note. Sales tax here is 12% or more depending where you shop (total of state, county, city, plus special assessments for whatever they add). Gas tax. Telcoms tax. Utilities taxes. And on. And on.
All on top of federal income tax. And state income tax, where those exist.
We work for THEM, and they are not in the least beholden to us to deliver ANY services, even where they claim to deliver any.
Allodial land patents. That is a worthy rabbit hole worth researching. Although much harder to do so these days. Pre-internet I spent months and countless hours scouring libraries of different cities and municipalities reading on this process. Probably still the only way to find real sources. Internet searches are bogged down with generic language descriptions and references to law firm or legal advisors which convolutes the legal and factual sources for a citizen to pursue these matters.

Note that archive is down, but you can get titles and authors and look for alternate sources.
thanks for adding a word to my vocabulary. Didn't know that word existed. I looked up the definition, I like it very much. :)
Just a quick note that I spelt it wrong. Its Allodial not Alloidal.
Also, you should listen to latest Jack Kruse interview with Danny Jones. He mentions that the Biritish Monarchy lost Allodial title during WW1 when Russian Czar and his whole family was eliminated. It seems the reason for WW2 was because they vainly thought they will be able to get it back. I think there is a lot to dig here.
I am so sad that I ended up having to collapse and pay taxes this year like a good little slave.
You can do that now with your property. Get it back to the original land patent and tell your assessors office to pound bricks. You can also opt out of paying income tax if you want. Everyone here needs to go check out Brandon Joe Williams on YouTube. Here’s another crazy truth, since 1933 when they made gold and silver illegal to use for payment the US treasury is reasonable for paying our bills not us. We just have to understand how to do it.
I have watched many folks talk about these things, with many, often contradictory, views. I am convinced that the only way to be able to even think about doing these things is if you can fully understand the legal system, constitution etc inside and out. For most people, thats still far far away.
Perhaps, but doing nothing isn’t gonna free us either. Look up Brandon Joe Williams on YouTube. He explains it pretty good.

I fight my property taxes to drop them every year. This is like 3rd year I've protested and won.
All my other neighbors bend over and take it lol. Too lazy but will pay that extra 1000 bucks they don't understand it compounds every year.
How do you fight it, fren? I stopped paying from last year Dec. They marked my property as default and started adding penalties every month. Btw, I am in commiefornia, so you can imagine very high taxes here, as of now I "owe" 19k.
I have documentation on all the things wrong with my house that needs to be fixed if I were to sell. So value of my property overvalued compared to houses that sold near me and have renovations.
I got contractors to give me estimates, photos and a estimate to fix everything. And every year I try to fix one thing or so if possible. But the price of your property will take a hit.
However you get lower insurance and lower taxes. I don't care cause I ain't moving anytime soon. Even if I did I'd still need to fix stuff. It's worth it to fight it.
The local tax accessor will cave since they don't want to deal with hearings, etc. Last time I did a phone call hearing and that was it.
Find people that had success and do the same. That's what I did
We do as well..
A lot of my neighbors retirees don't cause they get tax incentives anyways but the rest of us younger folks should be fighting tooth and nail.
Anything that's gonna cause my taxes to go up I'm voting against too on this next ballot. They just keep the money anyways.
We protest every year and are try to convince our friends to protest also and some are finally starting!
Property taxes are proof that you never own your property, only lease it. My fear is if Trump lowers or eliminates income tax, the states will raise their taxes. They'll see the citizens as having more money and will promptly want more. Remember, the greedy bastards in DC are not unlike the greedy bastards in the state capitals. Ditto in the city and county governments. They are all thieves.
I can't wait to see what Elon proposes in terms of cutting waste at the federal level. If Trump doesn't make Kash Patel AG, he should put him in charge of ferreting out fraud in the federal government. The military vendors are making bank but you know there are lots of doctors charging Medicare and Medicaid for services not rendered. Eliminating the kickbacks, gifts to family members, lobbyist cash, on and on.
Property is how states financed. Tariffs and trade for federal. Consumer taxes for local. Basically, whom ever had the most money paid the most. Everyone, including government had an incentive for the U.S. to be prosperous. No green new deal in the 1800's
Generalization not withstanding.
Just got my property tax statement, we pay 3 taxes, state, county & school. On our property tax it says… the state & county taxes this year are only $36 more than what we have to pay for the school tax. School tax this year for us is over $500. I’d like to know what they are doing with that money, because we still have to pay an fee just to register our kids in public schools, then all the teachers either send home a list of things you need to “donate” or a class fee. That’s from elementary to high schools. Our kids are grown now, but that’s how it is here, heck I bet parents are paying more now then we did.
Do people who rent apartments have to pay these taxes or the complex’s?
Tell me GDZeus, how would you as an owner of a rental complex come up with the actual rental price? What owner costs, employee and maintenance fees would you divvy up between the renters? What do the property owners actually pay for?
