Wayne County somehow has it's own election laws separate from the state (don't ask me how; it's just crazy stupid how convoluted this entire system has gotten!). There's a number of other fairly corrupted counties in Michigan, but that always seems to be the one to bring home the ballots needed to swing an election to Democrat.
Want to establish real credibility? Never use the word "glitch". Describe exactly what happened. "An improperly tested script run by an untrained election worker resulted in ......". Make it real.

You can vote in person at a Detroit Early Voting Site. When you vote at an Early Voting Site, your voting experience will be similar to that of voting at a polling place on Election Day. You will complete your ballot, place it in a secrecy sleeve, and then deposit it into the voting tabulator. Early Vote Centers will be open from Saturday, October 19 through Sunday, November 3.

Most places in Michigan use paper. Wayne county probably uses machines, but this could occur with either, though probably easier with machines.

They are required to offer early voting beginning on the 26th,but some areas offer extra days.
