Trump's message that Mad Cow is referring to (and is deliberately inaccurately paraphrasing) about "we don't need the votes" was cut off to create a totally different context. What Trump said (repeatedly) is that he's not worried about having enough votes to win - he's got the votes. But what he's worried about is GUARDING/PROTECTING the votes, so they don't get STOLEN.
Trump was NOT telling people, "We don't need your vote." Quite the OPPOSITE. Trump's constant message was "swamp the vote" and make it "too big to rig." Mad Cow just lies, lies, lies - that's all he/she/it knows how to do.
