The actual inscription is not the texts above but here, it contains standard abbreviations for "God Jesus Christ" in the fifth line, which have not been found together this early.
Yes he is. He is the human incarnation of God himself, because as almighty and all knowing as God is, he did not understand the human experience and especially why humans abused their gift of free choice. God didn’t have an understanding of how far, good or bad humans would choose to go, either by their own choices or pressure from their peers. Through Christ he gained 1st hand experience and in Christ’s death forgave us for our sins, because truly humans can act in awful ways when they certainly do not know what they are doing. What the long term implications can bring/be of any given choice.
That’s why instead of continued punishment from God or just up and wiping the human slate clean…. again, he left us with all of our faults and issues to decide on our own to make our free choice to try to follow Christ’s teachings regarding ourselves to our best ability, or not period.
Eternity or Heaven’s Earth/Garden awaits for those that do their best. Those that fail, I’m guessing go to Hell, or get to do the rough and tough love version of Earth all over again.

I like to explain it like this:
I went through Kindergarten. I know exactly what it’s like. I have memories from that time in my life, I know how and why the teacher makes specific decisions, I know how I behaved, and I know how I expect my daughter to behave.
But despite this, there are times I just don’t quite get why something bothers my daughter for the day and makes her behave in ways I don’t appreciate.
I know the how, the why, the outcomes, but I was missing the specific context of her lived experience. In a real way, I know too much and can see the bigger picture too well to be able to relate to her struggles.
If I could put herself in my shoes, would I?
Of course.
And that’s why I think God did it. By limiting his view, he can choose to view our issues from our eyes and know our struggles without the benefit of his full capabilities and knowledge.
And I personally find that approach to be so loving and beautiful.
I would go even further, based on my own personal experiences with Jesus.
Jesus opened himself up to be the vessel of God and was guided to teach others how to do the same.
That's why organised religion hated him, because he is telling people that they have a direct connection with God, unpolluted by the personal desires/drives of the priesthood who have always maintained a monopoly on access to 'God' (in inverted comma's because they are no such thing of course).

I am a devout follower of Christ and love him, his sacrifice, and his Word and I am not religious- many Christians aren’t. It is one of the big lies- Christians understand the sacrifice but we aren’t God but the world puts hypocritical rules on us…”If they were real Christians they wouldn’t act this way.” But we are flesh and broken. Don’t run out the clock on making the choice of who you serve. Until now making no choice is to serve yourself.

No need to agree Anon. 😊 It’s of course my own belief of him but think about it, God spent an entire Testament spanking and attempting to get his children to do as he asked. It didn’t work. So he came as Christ to find out why, and how truly STUPID we are with free choice.
Christ never calls us stupid of course, but he sure as heck got frustrated with even his own apostles not listening or getting certain things. So he would then tell parables to make a point to them of not listening the easy way the first time.
Christ has a fantastic since of humor and I imagine he facepalmed himself in total frustration many times haha.
The only part you’re getting wrong is the claim that God didn’t know or understand something. He created us with free will fully understanding what He was doing in full depth. He is all-knowing.

Again, I think you misunderstand.
If God is all knowing, then how can he know what it's like to not be all knowing? It's a paradox.
However, imbuing a mortal body with his spirit is one way in which the creator can experience (or at least get feedback from) his creation from the viewpoint of not knowing everything.
Of course Jesus knew people well by that time silly. He was what 32 or 33 haha. But before he was even born my point is God was concerned and twitter pated, confused even after an entire Testament of man not listening. God needed the intimate, on ground, in person experience to really Get/Perceive/Comprehend, why we humans are so good, or stupid and then outright cruel with our free choice. How far would we take it. Through Christ’s death he understood what he needed from the experience. And promised to save us from our sins if we try to do our best to follow Christ’s words.
This is how Christ has guided me to my opinion. And truly he’ll sort us all out once he arrives again. And it’s going to be soon, in this lifetime even. It will be wonderful to hear what he has to say too.

He has known all ALLS always. It is impossible for God to not know something.
Just as simple as a parent can’t understand why their 4yr old won’t listen when being naughty, God factually spends an entire Testament of the Bible arguing with humans. Why did he not snap his fingers and make us act right? Because as another said here, God “rolled the dice” on how an animal would behave with free choice. No other animal on Earth has such a gift.
And so Christ arrived so God could in fact gain the “human” experience of our best and worst. “Forgive them Father. They KNOW NOT what they do.” He asked God to forgive us if our sins, and the greatest sin of all, just following orders or peer pressure to torture and kill another human whom was innocent. Because why? Humans do stupid shit, and Christ needed the intimate experience to understand the faulty piece/gift he gave us, and how far we would take it. Yes God designed us this is true, but we were his first experiment with giving the gift of free choice.
And it is a both wonderful and tragic gift to be sure, as no other species has done the wonders and damage we humans have period.
It's not that God "didn't understand" the human experience. We could have not sinned but we all have, and through Adam we have.
He came as Jesus with the intent from the beginning, even as foretold in Old Testament prophecies, to die for our sins. The decision was not made on-the-spot or because of any observations.
But that’s exactly what Christ did, made a more intimate, in person 33yr observation of us at our best and our most horrible. Christ learned why we are so stupid or careless, and also so kind too, with free choice. That’s why he said, “Forgive them Father. For they know not what they do.” And many times we truly don’t.
Christ already knew. Humans could not have.

Who got Christ up from the dead if God died? If God is spirit and no man hath seen him at any time how is it people saw Jesus? If God can not be tempted an tempteth no man how was Jesus tempted in all ways yet with out sin? If Christ is seated at the right hand of God then is God sitting on His own right hand??? By all accounts the Jews awaited the Son of God. Not God the Son. 385 AD was the first time the Roman church promulgated this during the nicene creed. Not one single disciple believed Christ to be God. Take God at His Word. All the downvptes in the world won't change the truth.
The Father is God. The Son is God. The Spirit is God. They are separate but the same, able to interact with each other yet with the same qualities of omniscience, all-knowingness, perfection, absolute righteousness, loveliness, and love. They have a united will and united essence, yet are functionally different. The true nature of the Trinity is above human understanding. Jesus had human emotions and pains and yet no sinful actions, thoughts, desires, or passions. He found joy in praying to the father and also prayed as an example to us. He lived as the ultimate example of Christianity, and also was fully God and fully man. Not 50/50. 100/100. There is nothing non-human and nothing unholy about Him. He was the only one who is perfect, the only one who was good enough to be the sacrifice to pay for our sins and redeem us because He is God. I recommend reading up on the Trinity to get a deeper understanding of this and some scripture to back it up. The doctrine of Jesus’ divinity was not invented at the Council of Nicaea (325 AD) but was a fundamental aspect of early Christian theology as is evidenced by this post.

John 20:28 - Thomas addresses Jesus as “My Lord and my God.”
Romans 9:5 - Jesus is referred to as “God over all, blessed forever.”
Titus 2:13 - Jesus is described as “our great God and Savior.”
Philippians 2:5-6 - Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus: Who, existing in the form of God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped.
Hebrews 1:8 - Jesus’ throne is said to be “forever and ever, the scepter of uprightness is the scepter of your kingdom” (addressing God).
2 Peter 1:1 - Jesus is referred to as “our God and Savior.”
Excellent post. It’s amazing how suddenly people have started trying to discredit the Council of Nicaea almost as a meme. This is simply where the early Church began to formalize its teaching as the centuries began to tick by and people were starting to make up new stuff that was alien to what all Christians knew. Jesus Christ was one in purpose with God. He always did the Fathers will. Thats why he and the Father were one just as all believers should be in agreement with God. That is why he said if you have seen me you have seen the Father who is spirit and can not be seen. Because Christ perfectly walked in God's will demonstrating what God was to His people. In jn 14:12 We are told by Jesus that the works he does we shall Do also and greater works because he goes unto the Father. If God is the energizer of those works than how could we do greater than Jesus? Both Jesus and we believers are energized in our spiritual works by the same God our Heavenly Father. Colossians 1:27 says it's Christ in You the hope of glory. Does that make the believer God? I think not. And I don't think God spent 3 days and nights in the grave dead. GOD THE FATHER, Jesus Christ the Savior and the gift of holy spirit. Three distinct things. The giver, the gift and the Son who perfectly obeyed that we could have an unblemished sacrifice that would perfectly redeem us. One whom God raised from the dead and sometime any day now will send him back to gather us together. That's how my Bible reads.

The Scripture clearly Identifies Jesus as the “Word” and tells us that the Word was with God (separate) and was God (together as God).

Read the first Chapter of John then go back to Genesis- the 7th day adventists (prophetess ellen g white, harvey kellog and the poop obsessed cereal eaters see also wheatabix) believe that when God said, “Let there be Light,” is when God created Jesus. But John clears that up. Jesus is God and He is the Light of the world to illuminate God’s love for us by becoming man and limiting himself by redeeming our sin/separation while demonstrating that the world hates righteousness. And many have gone before you saying Jesus Christ was only a man. Iron sharpens iron. Glad you considered my point w/o ego.
