If that was the case would this be the best way to give him his end of "the deal" without tipping off the mid-low to low level cabal that still remains? Most actions of the resident in the past year or two seem to play more and more in the good guys favor in one way or another so I don't think it is that much of a stretch to see this as the motive or at least a motive.

That's what they call the decorative little caption below the thread link. When you create a post, you have an option to add your own flair in from a premade set of them. I think its down on the bottom where the tools ['permalink' 'parent' 'save' etc] are listed. There's a pretty wide variety to fit any relevant material for GAW; 'Cabal History' 'SALT' 'NCSWIC' and many others.
Mods can edit user posts and add flair. Also mods also have the ability to edit the flair itself from the default versions shown in that 'flair bank' we can access. Users can't edit the flair.

According to SCOTUS’ own wording on the matter it appears the pardon may have been permitted. They do not allow future pardons however (so no, Trump could not do this) but any crime that already happened whether it was criminally prosecuted or not is permitted.
