If they want to serve they should wait until the Border Patrol is sorted out, and their mission is to returned to actually defending the country. Then they could serve, and get better pay and treatment while actually defending the nation.
If they were kicked out, and did not complete their enlistment terms for that period, they could have lost many benefits and potentially tens of thousands of dollars in bonus and incentives. One being the VA home loan is the golden ticket to home ownership for many servicemen and their families.

They are getting generous back pay/compensation. He stated it himself in the hearing in response to one of the good Senators (I forget which one, but he was based af).
It has been a while, they should get back pay whether they want to come back or not. And that-the coming back-should be entirely up to them. They may have started new lives and be very comfortable with what was done, well after the fact.

To be honest this is pretty dumb. Most went through absolute hell, lost all trust in command/“leadership”. There has been no accountability for the woke and evil officers and ncos that violated their constitutional rights, for what.. back pay? They will still force all the other vaccines as well. They have been out about 2 years now and have moved on, got their freedoms back and most were not dishonorable discharges. Just back pay isn’t going to do anything to go fight in a bs war and die.
