According to Article III, Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution:
"Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court." Additionally, the crime of treason is codified under Title 18 of the United States Code, Section 2381, which states:
"Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States." This makes treason a serious offense prosecuted at the federal level.
Remember the WAR on Terror was never rescinded. The passing of the Patriot Act after 9-11 congress declared war on Terror. Not a place not a person but a condition. And murder and treason have NO statute of limitations. Every person aiding or comforting the enemy should be aware that a cigarette and blindfold await them.
The war on Terra...
How do you declare war on an inanimate object/manmade concept?
😳
Let he with ears to hear…
They did and Lindsey Graham pointed this very fact out to everyone during the Kavanaugh hearings...testimony on record. Boomerang incoming.
Abstract concept is the word you are looking for.
But maybe we can use this to start more wars.
War on wokeness War on stupid War on population alarmism War on climate alarmism
If you consider that the deepstate is the enemy of the USA, there is a bunch of folks going down. Time will tell
quislings, one and all...
The deepest circle of hell, the ninth circle is where traitors go to, all of them.
Can you pardon Treason?
If you are a fake installed pResident part of stealing the 2020 election, can you pardon anyone?
There will be no treason trials in the next 4 years.
The last person convicted of treason in the US was 1948. He was not executed either. His sentence was commuted and he was deportws to Japan.
Treason is very, very narrowly defined under US law.
If you are expecting people to indicted for treason, you are setting yourself up for disappointment. Not everything that is bad is treason. Not everything that can charged as a crime can be charged as the crime of treason.
The reason for this is the legal definition of enemy.
Well lets just see what the next 4 years brings.
you cannot pardon international war crimes.
Like "crimes against humanity"?
So fauci and milley and j6 committee are Scott free
But what if 2020 is overturned?
Then throw out the DEI Supreme Court judge and all her rulings.
This has been my question every since Hunter got pardoned.
If 2020 is proven to be stolen, does Biden's Inauguration have any legal meaning?
Or, given Speaker Johnson's video that was posted showing that Biden had zero idea of what he was signing, would that invalidate the pardons?
Fraud vitiates everything Joe did...everything including pardons. But the 2020 election must be proven illegitimate. And it will.

Ford pardoned Nixon, even though Nixon hadn't been charged with anything.
I'm betting that the 2020 election will be nullified and we will have had no 46th President.
That is a very, very nice distinction.
Thank you
I don't think this is historically accurate.
Ford pardoned Nixon before he was indicted is just one example.
4 years ago several members of Congress asked Trump for pardons
Basically because I think you're inventing a legal doctrine that's at odds with US history and Supreme Court cases going back to mid 1800s.
CHECKMATE
And you have the fact that Biden never was a full president. So I don’t know how you would cover the public narrative in this instance, but he if you believe in devolution, then nothing Biden does technically has any teeth
Crimes against humanity are not pardonable.
All we need is a lawsuit that says he was deemed incompetent to stand trial, therefore, he is unable to sign any legal documents since the day he was deemed that.
Well, remember when someone posted a week or so ago that Hunter’s pardon had never been signed? And then last week they tried to say they ratified the constitution for the equal rights crap, but they actually didn’t because that’s not a thing? I wonder how much of this is just lip service to try and cause chaos and how much of it is actually real.
So now Trump can do the same thing to the Democrats, only worse, using different people and then pardon all of them? I can hear John Roberts now trying to weasel word why Biden can do it but not Trump.
It may be a state crime as well if a state has reclaimed sovereignty and thrown off the fraudulent Municipal Service Corporation.
For example, a Senator that is supposed to get paid by and represent sovereign California State is found to be getting “emoluments” from a foreign entity known as US Corp is technically committing treason against the California Constitution. In the event that the Senator has no proper Oath of Office, he/she is prosecutable for Civil and Criminal fraud with statutory damages of 203x actual monetary damage (Article III courts) and prison time, respectively. State fraud statutory penalties vary.
Criminals like Sen. Schiff intentionally have no Oath of Office, and therefore no duty to NOT commit treason, but he can be aggressively prosecuted for fraud, both civil (with discovery) and criminal.
Did you know a majority of states also have the crime of Treason in their state laws or constitutions? At least seven of them have the death penalty as an option.
I don't know about most of the pardoned people being eligible for state charges (like the Bidens), but I would think Fauci would be eligible for state charges in every single state with treason laws. Will any state do it? The charges don't have to be treason either - it could be murder, fraud, RICO - whatever they dream up. Paging Ken Paxton - pick up the red phone...
I don't like using wikipedia as a source but in this case they have all the info on the states without having to search each one. Just remember it is wikipedia.

Found it first hit! Did a dig on this a while back.

Edit: That was only a month ago??? Seems like it was a year ago!
But can it be pardoned?
